We like the night concierge (mehmet, bald guy). And we really like the kebab shop next door where we went everyday. Amazing value for the price we paid. Hotel looks like the pictures. A free mini fridge (said they would charge for the things inside but did not). Check out was at 1pm. Very friendly staff.

Mosquitos in the room, air conditioning not cold/powerful. Gym was poor, good for cardio but no heavy weights.

To be honest, it is not a super hotel but completely acceptable with its price. I had mu travel for work and only stayed at the hotel during nights. If I want to go again in this location for work, I will choose this hotel again. the bed so comfortable, the staff were so kind and respect me so much. The only problem is weak in shampoo and body gel and sounds from other rooms. The air conditioner was also weak. the location of the hotel was so near to the metro bus and you cam go easily. it is also near to the Sok market.

The nicest hotel I've ever stayed in! I traveled with my husband for 1 week in Istanbul and I really did not regret it at all. We stayed in the standard double room, which from the first day to the last was clean with cleaning services and sheets changed daily. They brought us water, new sets of slippers, face and body towels and cleaning supplies every day. The room was so incredibly hot that you didn't even need to cover up. As for the staff, I have only good words to say. Unbelievable kindness, ethics and professionalism in every sense of the word and they were willing to serve us in everything we asked for and to answer all our questions by giving us advice about Turkey. From the bottom of my heart, I thank Mardy Suit Hotel for making our holidays in Istanbul unforgettable and comfortable.

Short way to shopping centers, restaurants, bakeries and everything you need. Ramazan promised to be my guide the next time I’ll visit Istanbul and I will take him up on that 😁

The room was not all clean when I got there but the staff fixed that in no time. I think that the mattress was hard and needed a mattress topper.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still being peaceful and quiet. The hotel itself is spotless, with every area well-maintained and clean. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, a convenient location, and a clean, relaxing environment.

There is no facial tissue and cotton buds in the room, need little bit to improve this small details The shower side is too small my head is touching the top fram always ind the width is tight

It's a great hotel , value for money was excellent , bed was comfy , shower was hot and powerful , A/C worked well and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull . It's just a short walk to the buses .

The only thing I can say is the carpet needs changing , that's it !!

Rooms are bigger than expected especially at this price point. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shops are close by just 5-10 min walk. Staff were friendly and very attentive. Location is close to MetroBus station.

Room would sometimes smell of cigarettes as if the person next door was smoking and the vents would bring the smoke into our room. Sewage gas smell from bathroom sink, we kept the bathroom door closed at all times. WiFi was on and off so very unpredictable but, our room was at the end of the building. Location isn't central so it can take over an hour on public transport to reach tourist attractions but, public transport in Istanbul is cheap and efficient.

It was nice location and the rooms where ok. Staff was friendly.

The room smelled of smoke and the shower drain was Clogged. The madrass maybe needs to be changed. Because it had a spot that just stayed down like a hole that just where there all the time

We used Mardy Hotel for one night, in order to leave early, so we can avoid the Istanbul traffic. It was a very nice place to rest for half a night before leaving, the room was clean and they had a nice parking lot just across the hotel. The staff was excellent, in close contact with us all the time.

There was a stale cigarette smell in the room but it wasn't a problem for such a short stay.
