The room was very clean, but the pool area wasn’t

The man from the reception wasn’t very nice. He talk only for the money. They take us, 3 persons, with all the baggage without any help, to some anexa of the hotel, an old one. There was a very strange smell in the room and only 2 beds. We go again to the reception and Only when I complene about the situation we get another room and they send us an extra bed. A nice and clean hotel, but the staff cares a lot about the clothes you wear. Too bad Marriott licensed them and doesn't read the negative feedback about the staff.

Many things: - nice location - Convenient for families - a supermarket & restaurants are walking distance - safe place & nice parks - sea view is a maxing - value of money - good variety of breakfast buffet - very clean & spacious rooms - elegant & prestigious - nice & professional staff

- we asked to clean the room but they forgot - room dining food can be better - slow reply when we call the reception - in breakfast buffet you have to wait long line for the egg only one lady cooking - our booking was including breakfast, the lady at reception said it’s not included after we insisted she checked the system then said yes it’s included! - no sound proof between rooms - charges to remove the mini bar!

None of the windows in any of the rooms open. This is the only negative for me as I like to get fresh air in my room.

Windows don’t open in rooms.

Breathtaking views of the Marmara sea cleanliness of hotel and rooms excellent and personalised customer service from all staff. Special thank you to Huseyin at reception, birsen kaya house keeping and Melik and Veysel at club lounge all went way and beyond to provide excellent professional and very polite friendly service. Thank you.

Location it is not close to central Istanbul and not much to do near the hotel except for a few restaurant’s and cafe’s. Unfortunately although it is spotlessly clean and maintained to a very high standard there were little fruit flies in the club lounge at the food counter which was off putting and a shame. The food needs to be covered with sliding food cover domes or something similar to that.

Superb views of Sea of Marmara- worth asking for a room with a sea view. Friendly polite staff. Great breakfasts. Great value for money.

On arrival, reception staff appeared to debit my credit card with the full amount plus an extra 50%. I questioned this and they said it was to cover any additional spending such as bar bills and food. When I got home I checked my cedit card statement and the original surplus had been removed. It did cause me some anxiety and could have been better explained when we checked in.

Fantastic Pool and breakfast buffet was exceptional

I didn’t realise it was a good 25 mins cab ride from the centre and up to an hour if you get caught in peak hour traffic at the d d of the day. In the plus side close to train which is 15 min - although as a solo woman I was weary of using train at night.

Very clean, comfortable hotel with accommodating staff. Location is on the seaside which makes is very pleasant to be at. There are also restaurants in the hotel and nearby which is practical.

A little bit slower check-in and check out process than expected. If you wish to go to the city center it takes from 30 to 50 minutes depending on the time of the day.

in general, it was great! the staff were friendly, the location is great for why i was visiting. i will be visiting again for business to istanbul.

there was a conference taking place on the thursday night, celebrating an anniversary. After my long day it would have been nice to relax but was not able to with the music lasting till midnight... If i had known at check-in i would have made plans with colleagues to avoid the noise a bit longer.

Good location for people with a car. Helpful and kind staff. Very good breakfast with many choices. Overall very clean hotel. The room was perfectly cleaned when we checked in. Big rooms and comfortable beds.

We booked room with one large bed on check in they told us there is a room only with separated beds. What is the point of specify your bed choice when it's not going to be respected? We stayed 2 nights and at check in our room was perfectly cleaned, but one the second day the house keeping only fixed our bed and change the towels without cleaning the room. Also what was very weird for us was that we had to pay €5 per night for the hotel parking we used. Every 5 star hotel we stayed in was free parking till now. And the vegan corner at the breakfast was a joke.
