Very clean and modern room with every convenience provided. Air conditioning, heating and well stocked kitchenette. Tea and coffee machine. Good parking. No complaints.

There was no reception or staff at the property. Nobody works there Sunday or Monday. We were given instructions to let ourselves in and to find the allocated room key. The rooms are on the first and second floor, which are reached by some very steep narrow stairs. This is not suitable for people with mobility issues. The room we were allocated had not been prepared and was as the previous visitor had left it with the bed unmade. However after calling the owner, we were Upgraded to a much superior room on the second floor, which was extremely well apportioned.

This was a bit of a find.... I organise road trips in France and book probably 30+ hotel stops a year and this place was just right for our end-of-event get together as the restaurant is superb. Rooms lovely, location good with plenty of parking. Wonderfully helpful staff. Will definitely consider for the itinerary on future trips.

Too few rooms - which isn't really a criticism, more a wish that more participants in the event couldn't have stayed there as well as eat.

Staff were so kind and welcoming. Christine went out of her way offering to reserve a table at the fantastic restaurant on-site which was a blessing after flights, trains and driving!. The room was modern, the bed huge, bedding lovely and a beautiful new bathroom with massive shower. Nice Quiet location. The breakfast was incredible. Such a variety of delights that were fresh and tasty and the presentation was a work of art. The dinner we had at the restaurant the night we arrived was A class - 5 star standard. It has to be the most delicious of- meals with a top class chef presentation and flavour. The meals were also large! There is parking on site at the back of the restaurant. Loved our stay

We loved everything about Le Vivier

I was not familiar with the area and was trying to book something near the city center. However, despite the location, it was still a great place. There was parking, which is always good. The room was upstairs and the stairway was narrow, so be careful if you aren't good with stairs. The room was nice, and there was a fan - bonus!! The windows faced the street so it was a little loud with traffic, but once we laid down we fell asleep because we had walked all day. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic!! I would highly recommend Le Vivier - the price was good, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. But, make sure you bring a washcloth or soap sponge - that is something I found that most hotels do not have.

Nothing really, we enjoyed our stay!

Great location, friendly staff and outstanding restaurant. Booked for one night B&B for our car journey south. The location was very good, a couple of miles off of the motorway. Room was very clean and comfortable. It looked recently decorated and renovated as everything was in very good condition and very modern bathroom. The hotel has a large secluded car park at the rear which was ideal as we had bicycles on the roof. We decided to eat dinner at the hotel and so glad we did. The restaurant was outstanding! The breakfast was also extremely good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for value for money and an enjoyable stay. If you are just using this place to stop over, make time for dinner and breakfast. The town looks lovely too but we didn't have chance to explore properly.

Wanted to spend more time there.

The room was great, clean and well kept and, importantly, had twin beds as requested.

We hadn't realised that the kitchen staff would not be present over Sunday and Monday although the room was still cleaned. Maybe we didn't read the notes properly..

Smart and comfortable place to stay on our way back to Calais following a long road trip. The hotel is well-placed for a road trip as it's on the outskirts of the city and has a car park. It was a 30 minute walk to the cathedral which was good for a leg stretch. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good (though expensive). The room itself was very comfortable and we enjoyed a breakfast hamper in our room on the Sunday morning.

It was fine for us but there are very steep stairs to the second floor of the hotel.

Restaurant and Hotel on the south side of Amiens. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff (we arrived very early and were checked in without problems), clean and comfortable rooms, superb breakfast in an airy dining room. Parking is good. It's about 20 mins easy walk to the sites in the centre of Amiens (cathedral and belfry), a bit less to Jules Verne's House and the Musee De Picardie, another ten minutes to the riverfront and Les Hortillonnages which are on the far side of the centre.

Interesting place - excellent gourmet restaurant with a few rooms "air b&b" style. Our room was small but more than adequate and included a small area with sink, microwave and crockery etc (which we used for morning coffee). The star of the stay was undoubtedly our evening meal in the on site restaurant which was excellent.

Our initial room allocation was not acceptable - very noisy overlooking the Route de Rouen. Hotel Management immediately allocated an alternative room at the rear of the property which was excellent. Unfortunately the shower leaked badly so we resorted to placing a towel at the base of the glass door on the inside and informed management on our departure.

Breakfast was a little more expensive than average but made with very fresh products so it was worth the money. The bread was still warm. So it was een excellent breakfast.

I have no real dislikes.
