The staff are very friendly. We had a late check in but they waited for us to help us check in. They could not do enough for us and they helped us with any questions we had. The small gym is good if you like a work out. The room is very comfortable with good facilities, great shower and comfortable bed, although I had to ask for another pillow which of course was not a problem. Also it is only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Amiens.

We couldn't work the tv which isn't a great problem but I know a lot of people like the tv in a hotel.

We booked this room because we like to have a kitchenette. The room was not very big but comfortable and clean. The bathroom was good too. TV with many foreign language channels included. The street is not impressive but quiet and within walking distance of the city center, cathedral, etc.

The entrance to the building is gray and depressing. It could do with a bit of redecorating :) The booking confirmation message in English is written in very poor English...Google Translate or ChatGPT would have done a better job !

We booked this as a rest stop between going to Lille and Paris for the Olympics. Absolutely perfect for what we needed, a short walk from Amiens centre the room was clean and comfortable with a small kitchen area and a fridge. All utensils we needed were there to be able to cook breakfast. Lovely free to use gym and relaxing area downstairs as well as a laundrette room (€3 a load of washing). Staff were lovely and friendly and did everything they could to help us despite the language barrier. Could put more than one pillow in the room as they are quite small, but reception brought us a couple of extras up so not the biggest issue. Would not hesitate to book again.

Negatives were you couldn't check in until 5pm which was very late, and check out was 10am. Also, when we checked in there was a candle burning which made the room smell lovely. However, when we blew the candle out the room smelt of weed - no idea where the smell came from but very very strong.

Very new and clean. Staff bent over backwards to make me feel welcome: provided delicious gluten-free little breads for breakfast. When I tripped and had to go to the hospital, they took my clothes out of the drier in their immaculate and convenient laundry and saved them for me.

Reception staff not available after 8pm m—although entry is easy enough with card. Still, makes it feel a bit unsafe.

Nice appart hotel with comfortable bed. It was clean and comfortable, with a good size of bed.

They had a kettle but it would be nice to have a tea or coffee sachet also, as for two nights we had to buy a whole pack of coffee or tea. Also it was difficult to park at the nearby roads and in general in Amiens. Also it was around 20 minutes walk from the city center.

Excellent location close to the city center, clean room with spacious bathroom, delicious and varied breakfast (not just sweet ;)). Very friendly staff. I'll be back with pleasure!

I am a wheel chair user and the access was excellent. There was a disabled lift at the entrance and a additional lift to all floors. The door into the apartment were wide allowing me easy access. We were traveling with 2 dogs and the room was large and gave them plenty of room.

Staff were really helpful, just note the opening times of reception as they are not always in . Our late check in was also really easy. Room was great and well equipped.
