New and clean hotel, located in a quiet neighbourhood and conveniently located close to the freeway. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking. Busses to the centre of Amiens (10 min) stop right next to the hotel. The hotel has a decent looking restaurant with a terrace on the ground floor. We didn´t dine there and we didn't use the breakfast so I can't judge the quality of the food.

The room had a fixed window that could not be opened, you depend on the airconditioning for fresh air. The walls between the rooms are rather thin. I could hear the conversation of the guests next door word by word. Breakfast is expensive, so we avoided it.

The breakfast was excellent. A good choice of cooked and continental breakfast. The parking was inside a locked gate and so was very secure. There were two shops across the road and a bus stop near by and so the location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was also a very nice restaurant.

The only thing that I didn't like was the frosted windows in our room which was on the ground floor. We couldn't really see what the weather was like and it was a little claustrophobic.

We had a great stay! Our bedroom was comfortable, the mattress was great, and the furniture was new and well-designed for the space. There was enough storage space, so the room didn’t feel overcrowded with our belongings. The bedroom had a thermostat, and it was easy to control the temperature. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was great. It also had a heated towel rack, which worked very well. Everything was very clean. Besides that, our dog was very welcome at the hotel, he even got some treats from the staff, who told us he could stay with us during breakfast.

The pillows could be better.

Lovel new hotel, great pre-arrival communication from the onsite team and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are lovely, we were very well provided for with everything and everything worked really well. Lots of hot water etc. The hotel is part of a large campus covering a couple of Medical/Hospital/University sites, so there isn't a lot around it in terms of restaurants (there is one on site) , but it is a short drive to the centre of town. Good breakfast and good on site parking.

A couple more towels would have been nice, but that's a small niggle - otherwise, lovely people, lovely hotel.

Room extremely clean, shower was incredible, air con incredible, we are staying again, excellent value for money only thing missing was a fridge. Staff very polite and helpful, made us feel very welcome and catered for my needs (registered blind). We didn't try the breakfast, Continental only, in the evening on site bistro restaurant, pizza and mini bar also plenty of local restaurants, fast food and shops to choose from, staff willing to help. Excellent value

Welcoming atmosphere from start to finish, perhaps due to a nice bright decoration and the lively bistro! Modern amenities, clean and easily accessible secured parking, friendly and welcoming staff. What a nice bistro! With a selection of seven dishes, there’s something for everyone—salmon, beef, tartare—but the specialty is their house-made sauce “Charmélicia.” It’s a blend of herbs, light ginger (though I didn’t taste it, the waiter mentioned it), and a touch of citrus, all well-balanced without being overpowering. The result is a distinctive flavor that’s addictive—you’ll want to scoop up every bit with bread. They even serve the dish over a candle to keep the sauce hot, which is a nice touch for a small hotel bistro. Plus, they offer unlimited French fries. The French chefs really know their sauces, using fresh herbs and just the right amount of mustard—their salad dressing is also spot on. Finished of as French use to with cheese, Camembert and a fine local white wine. After a long day of driving, the quality of this hotel was a delightful surprise.

the hotel was refreshingly new looking, with helpful welcoming staff, comfortable room with excellent shower. Breakfast was well presented and tasty. very handy free car parking behind hotel.

we would have liked more than 2 t bags and some milk in room (not a complaint but we asked for some milk but were given some that was very out of date, reception later apologised for this ) the kettle arrangement was not near an electric socket so we had to move it to near bed.

Ease of finding hotel and private care park.. The staff... Where did you find them? Absolutely wonderful people from the receptionist to the cleaning staff all so very happy and friendly. Ok.. I should have tried harder with my poor french linguistics however they made everything so very easy for us travelling with a 2 year old. Rooms so very clean. Basic but everything that you will need. Small bar. Very good self service buffet breakfast.. There's a shop directly across the road and the centre is just a short drive away. Merci!

We have been here several times now for an overnight stay and love the easy access from the motorway, the comfortable rooms, the friendly staff, free parking and lovely restaurant. The room we stayed in this time was large, very comfortable and had fridge and coffee machine, both of which were really appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Hotel was very clean with a spotless spacious room. A kettle and cups were provided in our room with tea bags and coffee sachets. Had a disabled parking place right outside the hotel.Bed was comfy and pillow was soft. The rooms have everything you need.

Attached restaurant (Bistro) menu very limited , did not enjoy the food as we asked for well done steaks and they came out bloody. We sent them back and they reheated them a little more and they were still really bloody.We then asked for them to change them for the chicken choice, which they did. By now French fries were cold and the green salad was just lettuce! Waiter did apologise as we left the restaurant but that was a bit too late. The area seems like it's aimed at students.
