24/7 Friendly female receptionist , she stay calm and handle me very well. I was difficult :) but we eventually solve the puzzle together , booking.com claim that I pay the city tax but the hotel claim that I didn’t, eventually you need to check your credit card Payment to Booking.com , booking did not charge and you have to pay on the spot to the hotel.

In the room, with all the lights turn off.. you can still see light form all the led inside the room, I am sensitive to light to sleep

We love everything about this place, but the cleanliness is on the excellent level. This is one of the most clean places we have ever been. Rooms are lovely and fresh with eir-con and spacious bathrooms. There is a vending machine with hot and cold drinks and snacks. Breakfast is available at the property. We traveled with our dog which wasn't a problem at all (€6 fee). B&B Hotel is located in city centre within walking distance from shops, bars, restaurants etc. Staff speaks English. We are very happy and will return in the future.

Everything was great. There is nothing not to like.

The hotel is well located and good value for money. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and a good shower. There is also parking which is limited, fortunately plenty of spaces available during our stay, 10 euro for 24 hours. A 10 minute walk from the Cathedral and river front makes it a good location for exploring Amiens.

Central location and reasonable price, good breakfast

The air con didn’t work very well which made the room really hot. Parking is advertised but then they don’t have access to it which is a bit strange we managed to get on the car park but couldn’t go back to the car afterwards but then it turned out we could have. Then we had to pay despite them not having the full access to it

Got a good price and it was an excellent stay. Staff friendly and helpful with storing my bike. Room was comfortable with good size shower. All bedding and linen good. Short walk to centre. Restaurants, takeaways and express supermarkets nearby.

For the price, nothing.

Clean room with basic but adequate facilities. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Lovely coffee ! Location was good with quick access to the main attractions , restaurants and bars. Good carpark at sensible 24hour rate .

Room clean and adequate for one night stay. Reception staff helpful. Location good, near to city centre.

Not a terribly comfortable bed with a duvet too heavy for summertime. Daughter's room had a power cut late at night. However not too bad at all.

The location is very good. The staff very amicable, and the rooms are comfortable. In general it is to be recommended.

The breakfast should have more raw fruit and vegetable milk (oats, soy), since otherwise people who are milk intolerant are penalised. The cappuccino of the machine was not very good.

Friendly staff, available parking, clean. Better than expected. Easy 15 min walk to centre and many eateries near hotel.

Could hear every sound in corridor and adjoining rooms. Room doors could do with being soft close especially when guests come in after 11pm and just let the doors slam without consideration.

We travelled by bicycle and they had a secure patio to lock up our bikes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We would have stayed an extra night but the rate hike account going into the weekend was more than double our first night.
