Only 30 mins from the airport, good location with plenty of choice in restaurants. Chania was only 15 mins on a bus. The room was good with a small well-equipped kitchen and a very nice bathroom. The pool area was great and the bar and food where what you would accept with very friendly staff. Overall, it was very clean and great value for money.

View from the rear balcony of our room wasn't the best, beds could have been comfier and if you have difficulty walking, the stairs up to the apartment may be an issue. These are very small issues as overall the facilities were very good

Lovely spacious room for two people to move around without tripping over each other. Very amenable staff who did everything we asked of them. The breakfast room is also spacious and well supplied. Bathroom is exceptional - separate shower; separate toilet; plenty of bench space to spread out; heated towel rail to help dry things and prevent waste. Beds are good and pillow selection available

The arrival by car was problematic as the one reserved space in the street was already occupied and our GPS (TomTom) refused to take us there, insisting on directing us in circles to an inaccessible back street. Everything is available on demand but you need to know to ask.

The room was large and the bathroom excellent. Hotel Spa Marotte has two buildings. Our room was in the new building and it was spacious and comfortable. But the building had no reception. Though the rooms seemed secure the fact that anyone could walk in from the street and wonder around the hotel made us feel uneasy. The two ladies we spoke at the reception of the other building were really helpful and nice.

No reception in the second building of the hotel. The breakfast was very limited in choice and service.

Beautiful property and amazing restaurant. The staff was beyond friendly and kind. We loved the friendly and cheerful woman who checked us in and personally walked us to our room across the street. So sweet and amazing asset to the hotel. Same with our amazing waiter for dinner that night. The food was seriously amazing.

If you need parking, the parking garage is a few blocks away, but the staff will give you a map and explain the best way to get there. It’s still worth it, even if a bit of a pain.

Close to many attractions. Beautiful hotel, very clean and we had the Penthouse which had a nice big outdoor terrace to enjoy. The staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was delicious. A very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend, and definitely return on another trip

Location within easy walk of the Catherdral. Comfortable room and bed. Good directions for parking space withing short walk. Staff helpful. Pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast across the road but quite convenient

Restaurant was closed but that meant exploring Amiens and finding somewhere very agreeable.

We loved the location. The staff were brilliant, it’s a very pleasant place to stay. Would highly recommend it.

The hotel is split across two sides of a road and Breakfast was served in the opposite side to where our room was. If it had been raining this would have been an issue.

Great location. Staff were excellent. Good restaurant recommendations.

Parking was off site a short walk from the hotel. Trying to drop off bags is difficult as hotel is located in an area with not much street parking. But in saying that when we did find a street park the staff came to get our bags. Great service.

Lovely property, Excellent rooms and location, very quiet

Just little things being really really picky, not enough milk for a coffee in the morning or evening, not topped with milk, I know really picky but it matters!

The location was good and the staff very helpful. We did the valet parking which worked really well. The spa was outstanding and definitely worth doing. it was state of art and a great way to spend a relaxing couple of hours. Amien was a great place to end our tour of France and a very easy 1.5 hours drive to Calais to get the shuttle back to the UK.
