Really great dinner with a very helpful and friendly waiter. Food at dinner was very good. Breakfast was OK too. Spacious room with everything we needed for our stay. Wifi OK. Pool was excellent and enjoyed having it to ourselves (not the sunniest or warmest day of our trip).

Decor a little dated and soft furnishings, carpets etc. would probably benefit from updating.

Secure parking is always great. Breakfast and check in is well organised.

The ground floor beds always seem a little bit damp - like there was a recent water damage - I don't know why they feel like this. Maybe it is the plastic membrane under the sheets. I usually ask for an upstairs room.

Clean and well laid-out hotel. We had a ground level air-conditioned double room. Bed was comfortable with separate duvets. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection from fruit and yoghurts to warm or cold dishes according to preference. The coffee was good and strong. There is a pool available and you can choose to sit inside or outside. The evening menu was very good although you might have to request vegetarian or vegan options when you book. The food quality was excellent and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Proximity to great fresh food and quality restaurants. Rooftop bar with fantastic views. The interior was a perfect mix of old and new.

Nothing it was all what I was hoping for other than a room with a view.

Staff was wonderful, breakfast is a plus, I stayed to work for a few hours in the morning and the working place was just perfect and staff welcoming and helpful, coffee, quiet room while they started vacuum etc. Everybody smiles, good atmosphere, pool was super clean !

Carpet in room needs a refresh

Everything was fine, friendly personnel, clean and comfortable interiors, very good breakfast.

During the check in, I was asked about an extra deposit, equal to room price, as so called 'returnable guarantee', But I wasn't warned about it in advance. It would be nice to notice about that kind of things at advance, in hotel description/info, or at least in booking confirmation.

A perfect stopping place on the way to/from Dordogne - great staff that went out of their way to speak English to us (even though we tried some French!) it was very much appreciated!

Staff friendly and welcoming, room clean and tidy, bed really comfortable. Had an evening meal there which was lovely. Perfect for our purpose a stop over back from Montignac to Calais x

The swimming pool was tired and in need of a facelift.

Good stopover on way back to catch euro tunnel, only about 1 hr 40 mins away

Rooms could do with updating Was quiet when there so bar didn’t open

Location and the pool, even though it was chilly in 26 degree heat.

It would be nice if the pool was heated
