Lovely hotel. Nice decor. Staff welcoming and friendly. Large rooms. Separate WC from the shower room. Vast selection of TV channels, safe and coffee making facilities. Balcony. Well placed for restaurants and activities. Ample parking. I can't believe I have missed this hotel when passing through Metz in past visits. We will book a longer stay next time.

Cold shower in the morning for both our rooms. Thank goodness it was summer weather. Breakfast was okay, but some selections had not been replenished at 9:15 am, e.g., only one type of cheese, no other options. Hot food was limited to scrambled egg leftovers and nothing else.

Great and spacious room, big terrace, big bath in the bathroom. We even had a small sofa in front of the TV. Toilet separate from bathroom, that is also rare in a hotel. Vast selection for breakfast. Tickets for nearby attractions available at the reception for a lower price.

Breakfast was a bit pricey. Strange black spots in the sink in the bathroom.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful town. The girl at the desk was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. She gave us local advice and even put our cooler ice packs in the kitchen freezer overnight. The morning desk man was also very polte. Real nice room with large balcony. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Will definitely stay here again on our way to Spaiin.

Unfortunately their restaurant was closed permanently but there were others available nearby but you would have to drive which was no problem for us. Also the WiFi did not work very well. We have new good phones. In the hall was very strong but in the room was poor or nothing. Other guests had no problems. Could have just been our room location.

A better choice of beer would be good. A working safe in the the room is needed Milk in the fridge is needed if a kettle is provided

Great location to visit Zoo and other attractions in Amneville. Nice staff.

The building from outside seemed to me on the pictures newer than it looked in reality. For a short stay it is fully enough.

Very well organised. Friendly professional staff. Excellent breakfast with good food choices. Handy for the nearby restaurants.

Very clean, comfy bed, room of very good size, great terace, free parking, nearby resto's. Very friendly staff .

Lovely hotel, quite hot but fan was provided. Handy for overnight stay when travelling through France. There is a zoo next door and a few good restaurants too.
