We traveled with our 10 year old son and 8 months old goldador dog. The check-in was fast and smooth. The staff very helpful with dinner recommendations. The parking is practically next to the hotel. The location is a short walking distance from the shopping streets in the center. We also booked the breakfast after confirming that it was ok to bring the dog. The choices were standard continental but quality was good.

The hotel room had carpet flooring and looked a bit dated. Also not the most practical with a pet. The bathroom was functional but the shower cabin was leaky and could use an upgrade.

The room had everything for the short stay. The locations was good, and the hotel looked renovated. It was a quiet room. The airconditioning worked perfect. There was a bath in the bathroom, toilet and shower. Parking instructions were good, since the road in front of the hotel had maintenance. The parkinglot is "hidden" behind the hotel. Hotel entry was easy from the parking lot. You can make your own eggs at the breakfast in small little pans. Bed was good. Bathroom very neat and clean.

The breakfast was good, but could have had a bit more bread options. It seemed to lack something. Parking is in the open air. The window in the room only opens horizontal.

Everything! It’s central location, it’s quality furnishings, it’s decor, it’s staff

Could have done with better instructions on how to access the car park, as it’s located in a one way street before the hotel, so you have to navigate your way around a busy one way system behind the hotel to find the entrance. And then the signage isn’t very clear as it’s past a sign saying ‘prive’ (private)! So, unnecessarily awkward, especially after a long journey.

Very good location within walkable distance of main attractions. Comfortable and clean rooms. TV uses Chrome Cast, so you can project media from your apps. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cleaning staff were a bit loud, and we could hear them if they are in the corridors or our neighboring rooms. They also didn’t seem to keep track of their routine well, and knocked on our door to ask about cleaning although they had just cleaned our room.

Lovely modern property. Large room with double doors , so very quiet. Location was excellent as close to everything.Great secure parking . staff were extra helpful and friendly .Restaurant staff and food was excellent. Instructions to get to hotel appreciated and very clear with road works happening in area . Highly recommend.

Bed a little hard

Lovely staff, great location close to the station which we used daily and easy walk to town centre. Nice and clean.

We had a blocked toilet which was fixed but then blocked again the next day. The toilet in the other room had a similar issue but wasn’t reported. Slightly dated accommodation but nice retro feel

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. We really enjoyed the breakfast the next day.

The only down side was that parking was difficult to access due to road construction and not really knowing where the parking lot across the street was that the staff initially told us about. We did end up finding it but we had to circle around a few times .

Good breakfast with great value for money. Big TV screen in the room. Location is relatively easy to reach by car, yet near the city centre. Nice shower with big overhead showerhead. Efficient check in and check out.

Difficult to find the entrance to the parking due to one-way streets. Used public parking instead. Temperature in the room was too hot and the airco couldn't cool it enough.

Location was excellent and Nina on the front desk was very welcoming. We were able to store our luggage before checking in, which was very helpful. We liked it very much overall and are going back for another 2 nights, good value. Breakfast surroundings were very pleasent.

Great location near to bars and restaurants, on site parking. Very clean and good sized rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.

There are currently a lot of road works in the vicinity of the hotel making vehicular access very difficult, although this isn’t a criticism of the hotel itself.
