Comfortable bed, great location, good breakfast and very, very kind staff!

Just smell in the hallway, like there is no air circulation for months there... And air conditioning which is barely functioning. Luckily it wasn't that hot outside.

There was parking close to the hotel. The room 414 was compact but clean. The bath towels were absorbant and soft. I didn't hear other guests during the night. The desk manager working on Saturday 4 November was very pleasant and provided me with information on the history of Metz which was much welcome.

Can't think of anything.

The location is good, walking distance to the shopping street. Parking discount is offered by the hotel at the nearby parking garage.

There is no parking place available at the hotel. Though there is a parking garage closeby, it is not so easy to reach at the first time as a tourist like me (The google maps does not route all correctly, as some roads only allow bus/trams/taxis, but not private cars, we rerouted a few times and spend extra 10-15 mins to get to the right underground garage)

The front desk staff went above and beyond. They upgraded us to a larger, more convenient room and were also very helpful with providing info for the bus schedule. And gave us a big bucket of ice!!

The rooms are in need of an update, but clean and comfortable.

Staff very friendly, helpful. Location was great. Layout and comfort great. Would have stayed had they had room.

The hotel is in a great spot and within walking distance of all sights and areas. The staff were amazing. Friendly and extremely helpful.

The hotel is a little shabby and desperately needs an update.

breakfast was very nice and with good and varied choice. Ideally located between the old/central city and the new hub (Pompidou Museum, etc.)

Great location, comfortable room, the staff were very friendly, the AC was great in the warm weather, and breakfast was good too!

Only thing that could have been better was the shower, there were no shower doors so water got on the bathroom floor, and the shower didn’t drain properly. But these were minor inconveniences!

It is basic but that's exactly what we paid for on our journey, it was just a one night stop off. Better communication about where the parking would have been great, but that may have been my fault that I didn't read things properly.
