Location is practically next to Gare Metz. New, contemporary hotel with 2 double windows frames for noise insulation and they are work. AC, comfortable spring mattresses. Staff is helping with all you could ask, good English and bar next to front desk with draft beers and different alcohol. Comfortable desk, in case you want to work in the room. Breakfast is typical for France and very reasonable prices along with hotel prices, probably best in town.

Small compact room having all the necessary accessories. Free wifi is appreciable. Close to the railway station but no sound comes into the room.

Room heating was not functioning. Same French breakfast everyday and not much options to eat for Vegetarians. No restaurants in the area of the hotel. Keeping a small fridge inside the room could be useful. Waiting to get the room entry till 4 P.M. is too late.

The aircon did not work properly. Room very hot. No windows could be opened.

The room was clean and modern, very well laid out. The hotel is directly connected to the station, allowing for easy arrival from it. There's good choice of restaurants nearby and its next to the Pompidou The walk to the center was quite pleasant as well.

A bit far if you regularly want to go to the center, important to plan ahead

Clean room 712, everything is new, I asked to show me the room before paying, as often the photo does not match reality. Thanks to the staff for agreeing to this. Quiet, the neighbors were also quiet. My room didn't have carpet and that was great.

I didn't sleep well because they had bedbugs before and I was worried about it and couldn't relax. But everything went well.

You would think as it is beside the trainstation you would have a lot of noise of trains and people. The room was sound proof from the outside. Could hear people in the hallway but nothing from outside and our room looked right on the trainstation. Found a parking across from the hotel. but it was closed, however you can also park at the trainstation which is almost as close as the other one.

The location is great. Very good value for the price.

I could not understand why I couldn't get the reduced price for parking although I parked in the Indigo Pompidou Garage as advertised. My parking ticket was rejected at check out. After 3 attempts of describing where I parked instead of arguing further I decided to pay the normal rate and left the city.

Large sized room with comfortable bed, good air conditioning and close to car park with electric vehicle chargers and restaurants. As a bonus the hotel provides discounted rates for the parking garage. Friendly staff and great sound proofing, we didn’t hear any noise from outside or neighbouring rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Whilst we were grateful to have a kettle in the room, non paper cups would’ve been preferred.

- standard hotel, clean, easy to reach, - parking diagonally opposite in the parking garage; You get a discount from the hotel (instead of 18.60 euros/day you only pay 10 euros/day) - right at the train station but very quiet in the room; 10-15 minutes walk to the center - Bar in the reception hall

- check in is only possible from 4 p.m., at that time there is a traffic jam at the reception; that could be solved better - the rest was fine

Location right behind the train station. Very nice staff. They were able to provide me with an accessible room with hand rails. Breakfast was fine. Able to work at tables on the reception level while waiting to check in. Also able to work from there while waiting on my train after checkout. A very steep slope up and down to the train station but there is a longer friendlier accessible path for those who can't do the slope.

Would be nice to have a shower curtain in the accessible shower to help contain the water in the bathroom but not a big deal.
