The restaurant. Staying here for second time I have upgraded my opinion. The restaurant wasn’t open last time - Sunday night. This time on a weekday it was. Excellent French themed much better than I expected. Staff really helpful and attentive. Excellent breakfast too. The grounds open onto a golf course. Generous parking on site. Only 5 minutes from the autoroute.

Business style hotel located on an office park. Not a problem as long as you expect this. Parking not enclosed. Hotel fabric a little tired in parts.

- The superior room was spacious and comfortable. - The bathroom was clean and had a shower. The toilet was separate to the bathroom which is unusual. - The breakfast had a good selection of food with eggs, bacon, cheeses, meats and croissants and assortments. - There were quite a few rapid chargers and slow chargers in the car park of the hotel which was good. - The in-house restaurant was great and had a good manu for dinner. - Night/evening staff and restaurant colleagues are excellent and very helpful. - Large green area to walk dogs or go for a walk.

- The TV remote was not working even after we changed batteries.

It was a comfortable experience and a refreshing overnight stay. The hotel is close to the highway and as such very suitable to add a pause to a long car travel. The rooms were tidy and neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a bonus to have a charging opportunity for the EV. The break fast was really good. Decent value for money!

The hotel could benefit from some refurbishment. This initiative started already so all should become OK in an acceptable near future.

The room is large. Lots of room to move in. The bed and pillows were wonderful. Water tea and coffee supplied so all good. Shower lovely and hot so I was happy. A nightingale regaled us through the night which was lovely. Poor thing surely had a sore throat come daylight.

Coffee milky stuff supplied which was not for me, but no milk for tea which disappointed my wife. My main moan which did spoil things was an electrically operated switch or pump that operated roughly every 15 minutes right through the night. Not good at all.

Convenient and quiet

Room was not that clean - cotton wool and dirt was under beds. Bitten to death by mosquitoes! Woke up Several times at night by them - killed 10 mosquitoes but not enough! However / we stayed for a meal and that was very good! 😊 After the meal my wife and I went to the bar and had a drink and a lovely talk with Malika (head bar person) and one of the waitresses. They both made us feel so welcome and it made such a difference to our stay. Thank you 🙏 .

The room was spacious. My husband was able to store his mobility scooter in the room and still have plenty of room to move about. It was very close to Metz city Center. All within a 10 minute drive. The staff was very friendly. They were excited to see my pet, a ferret, and was very accommodating for her needs, even if she surprised/scared the housekeeper! Once the housekeeper realized that my ferret would not harm her all was well. The dinner we had at Valley Green (?) was very delicious but also very expensive. Ate there only once, but enjoyed it.

The price of food and drinks. €16 for breakfast is a bit steep. We went to another restaurant instead had an excellent breakfast for two and paid half the price. I bought a small bottle of Coke and a small bottle of tea at the bar and it cost €9! After that purchase I went to a gas station and bought larger bottles of the above for €8.

Pleasant reception - quick and clear check in - pleasant room which makes you feel comfortable at once , we had a very good sleep after a nice meal in the restaurant where the people are pleasant and easy in welcoming you into the restaurant ( slightly understaffed maybe ?? ) Breakfast was more then enough with a wide range of cereals and warm foods and drinks. Excellent service ! More then enough parking space outside. one can feel immediatly the positive attitude of the team working at the Hotel , pleasant experience !

Everything was fine !

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom facilities also good with a seperate toilet. There is a large carpark immediately outside the hotel and restaurants and shops within 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walking. Fairly quiet location but close to access to motorway.

Restaurant and bar were closed but it was December 26th so I can't complain too much but it would have been helpful if it was indicated on the website.

People in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful

I had indicated that we had three families of which one family had two adults and two children - this wasn’t possible to have 2 extra mattresses; it was suggested to have one child in one other family’s room (one adult and one child) -

The premium room was very comfortable. Bed made us oversleep our schedule but as we were on holidays we did not matter too much. Location of hotel is convenient to reach from highway.

Overall I have nothing to complain about. This is very nice hotel. I can not comment on breakfast as we left hotel immediately to keep up with our trip.
