My stay at Hotel Bristol Metz Centre Gare was simple yet pleasant. While the accommodations were basic, they matched the expectations set by the photos, and the experience was elevated by the amazing staff. They were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and eager to assist with anything I needed, making me feel truly welcome. The hotel’s location was a major highlight—close to the central bus and train station, in a nice area, and just a short distance from the city center. It’s perfectly situated for exploring Metz or for a convenient stopover. Although not fancy, the hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable one-night stay. The combination of great service, convenience, and a practical setup made it an excellent choice.

The Hotel is 4 minute walk to the gare. The room is big, clean and smells good. Aside from that, the hotel staff are so kind and accomodating. We arrived late at night, and cold, and the staff even offered us warm drinks.The next day, when the breakfast hour was closed, the staff offerred us bread while we were drinking our coffee. There is also luggage storage storage where we left out staffs while we roam around the city. Over-all I highly recommend Hotel Bristol Metz and will surely book this hotel if we visit Metz again.

The hotel is across the road from the railway station. It is clean and functional, with no frills, but the staff are lovely and helpful. We were able to sit in the dining area in the evening with hot drinks. The continental breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff kept the items topped up. One member of staff had lived in London and he was so helpful. The room was a good size.

Very warm and informative greeting upon arrival. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful… Merci, Fabrice! The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The location was close to the train station, yet close also to the sights in Metz. The breakfast was very good and convenient.

Good value for money. The hotel is retro (or some would say outdated!!), everything was clean and we had everything we needed in our room. The beds were comfortable and the staff was really friendly. We parked just opposite in the car park above the train station. €15.90 for 24 hours. Thank you, we enjoyed our one night stay.

The hotel is located very close to the railway station, which is very convenient. The polite staff helped us store our bicycles at the hotel even though there was no available space, and they did it without charging extra. The room was clean and tidy. We were very satisfied with our stay!

It is located nearly in front of the railway station. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. Very good firm bed, I slept exceptionally well. It is a type of hotel which the old house was turned into hotel, not new modern all loolking-same chaine hotel. There is a bathrub. Wifi was working very well. They have a very good cancellation policy for a business person, it is one of the reason I always choose here

I didn't bother me but there was some damage in edge of bathtub or edge of wall, so it gives sometime a little shabby looks, but there is no practical problem so I don't really care.

The lift is very small:), the breakfast was a little bit expensive ...but overall the hotel is very good, keep up the good work!

We just felt comfortable. Staff friendly. Room modern and spotlessly clean. Ideal location to walk around the old town. Underground parking in front of railway station just in front of hotel . No roof boxes ! Nice standard continental breakfast .
