As we travelled with a trailer the fact that it has a gigantic secure carpark was a must. The location was convenient, Rudi on reception spoke good English. We ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing as well. I can't comment on the aircon as it was a cool day. It was very quiet as well. We decided to use Ibis as we had good experience elsewhere before. We only stayed for a night with an early start so we haven't had breakfast.

No tea or coffee making possibilities in the room and no bin liners (but this is just to put something in here as well). Hard to think as it was overall a great experience.

There is enough space for parking. The room was good. There were some games in the hall. So there was a chance to play chess or table football.

We booked a room for two adults and one child with breakfast and dinner included. When we came to the restaurant to have dinner, we were told that dinner was included for adults only and that we should pay for the child additionally. We were slightly surprised as we paid for the room for adults and a child with breakfast and dinner. I had to go to the reception to clarify what was happening and why we should pay for the child again. Thanks to the receptionist, he solved the issue. However, it was an unpleasant situation.

Everything was as expected no more or no less it was only a stop over for a single night which was ideal for us and in my view unless staying on business would be the main reason to use there hotel - it is not a "holiday" base in my opinion

Breakfast could have been better and was in a limited space which was put under pressure when a "coach party" all decided to take breakfast at the same time as you would expect so better management of the space should be considered

The restaurant, unfortunately or maybe, fortunately, we were sitting with full view of the kitchen. We witnessed some basic and very worrying hygiene standards by one staff member, i.e., handling raw meat, no hand washing before preparing other food. Tasting food and using the same spoon to serve the food. NOT GOOD

Very easy access from motorways. Room was huge and bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower. Air conditioning was effective and quiet. Soundproofing was fantastic- not a sound from outside room intruded. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Parking excellent. Restaurant specialized in beef, all of which looked good. Prices were fair and moderate. Bar had good range of drinks and prices were reasonable. Facilities were well suited to customer needs, e.g. Check in from noon to midnight. Long opening hours for restaurant and bar. This chain hotel by Ibis puts many other chain hotels to shame - it deserves at least four stars. Cannot find fault with this hotel.

Great comfy beds, clean room. Wi liked the Nespresso machine. We arrived very late at night aftet having had issues with an electric car rental. We told the manger abd he gave us free free pint of lager.

The hotel didn't have any record of our from Booking.com,! Fortunately, there were rooms available. If this had happened in the summer, this may not have been the case!

You get exactly what you expect, good value for money. the rooms are basic and a bit dated, but they are comfortable, spacious and all for a fair price. The hotel staff was very friendly, check in and check out times are good. Breakfast was basic but good, dinner was also fine for the price. nice thing about the restaurant is that you can even enjoy a drink at the bar, which is a nice plus for a hotel listed asking the highway. It’s a good place to spend a night when traveling. if you have a few hours to doet is differently worthwhile to go into the Metz city center. We traveled there with our dog and he was welcome everywhere, also during breakfast and dinner.

The service at the restaurant was a bit slow, but I think it was mostly because they were understaffed at the moment.

great if you travel with your dog. reliable food and good service

you can either have a twin room with bath or double with shower. Disabled facilities only come with a double bed. Doesn't make sense

Staff were very helpful and friendly, foyer was large with various games and the onsite restaurant was excellent.

Nothing to dislike but as the weather was extremely warm a swimming pool would have kept me there for a few more days
