For the price, the room was great - some lovely touches in the bathroom, with heated towel rail and decent hairdryer, and a good shower with toiletries shelf in. Very comfortable memory foam mattress.

No kettle in the room, but coffee is available in the reception area. There were no curtains and unfortunately, it wasn't until morning that we realised there were outside shutters you could close 🤣!

Comfortable beds, great location. Easy 10 minute walk to centre. Highly recommend Chinese buffet restaurant nearby. We both slept well so beds must have been good.. Opposite main railway station.

Very friendly staff. Room was small, but very clean. Excellent shower. Very large parking area for free. Right across the street from the train station. So simple but great value for money. I would certainly book again when in Auxerre.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and they made me feel genuinely welcome. I had a very early train, so the proximity to the station was fantastic. I only needed a place to sleep for a few hours, nothing more, this place gave me what I needed ,and also was pleasant.

Not really a complaint, but when I came back in the evening after eating and having a beer, the front door was closed and locked. I didn't know that there was another entrance and I panicked, thinking I would miss my train, my flight and so on. A little information sheet in the bedroom would be a good idea, but really, not a complaint. It seems like an easy going place and that's what happens :)

- AC: The AC came in so handy when there were 35°C outside. It was able to cool down the room with no problems - Location: Within easy walking distance from the city centre & right in front of the train station - Friendly staff: Though the staff did not speak English, this did not stop them from being very friendly and accommodating. - Car Park: The hotel has a large free car park at the back.The staff allowed us to leave our car in the car park after check-out so that we are able to walk into town and have lunch.

Car park area looked scruffy. A supermarket trolley abandoned and a pile of dumped building materials. Would look so much more welcoming if cleared up.

A clean, well maintained room, with air-conditioning, ensuite facilities and a TV. Very friendly staff, who spoke English. Free car parking. Good value for money.

The exterior of the building looks tired, but once inside you will be pleasantly surprised.

Staff were amazing, the hot water went off one morning but the staff were quick to get the issues resolved.

Great accommodation in a nice quiet part of town. Spacious rooms with a zesty fresh smell that hits you as soon as you walk through the door. Only a 45 minute walk to the Buffalo Grill as well!

Clean, modern decor in the rooms inside a rustic authentic train station hotel. New owners who are welcoming and lovely. Very quiet. There is a garage for a few bikes.
