Lovely breakfast, fresh produce, great choice, home made confiture was excellent.
We needed access to a hot drink once the breakfast room closed. A pay vending machine would have been great. I can't walk far and spent a lot of time in the room, so was desperate for a hot drink during the day and evening.

A simple place in a good location. The room was a bit small but it was only one night. Breakfast was only just ok as there was not a lot of choice but we had bee "Spoilt" by earlier hotels on this trip.
The bathroom layout and the sink unit. It all worked ok but a bit cramped.

Spacious room, on third floor with lift available. Located a short walk from the main town centre for bars and restaurants, though there's a good pizzeria just opposite. Friendly staff at reception. Good value for money.

Too far from train station.
Without a car do not visit Avranches. During holidays there are no taxi, or public transport. Between train station and city center there is narrow path climbing the hill. It is impossible to reach the city and hotel with luggage.

value for money, owner very friendly and efficient. Lift on premises. room very good with TV and shower lovely hot water. small garden to sit in and paid private parking at reasonable rate. Quiet, breakfast excellent with owners home made jam! Would definitely stay again

The staff the room and location. Within walking distance of the chateaux, the cathedral, the gardens and the many places to eat. I would highly recommend it.
The parking was hard to find. It was my first day driving in France.

Friendly service and always attentive, reception I on staff very knowledgeable had access to parking and transport was right at the door.

Everyone was very helpful, we had had some problems and needed to buy unusual things, good advice was given. In future I would request a room at the back of the hotel, as for a small town the road was astonishingly busy

The breakfast was nice continental with homemade jam . Drinks were from a machine but the coffee was ok 👍🏻
