The location was lovely, an old house, slightly away from everything, with lovely wild grounds around it. There's a nice view of Mt Saint Michel from the front of the property. The room was small-ish, but comfortable. I loved that we had a huge window that could be opened to let in the fresh air and a view of the grounds. The bed was quite comfy and the shower was nice. We enjoyed having a restaurant on the property. We wanted a mellow place to stay before going on to Mt Saint Michel, and it fit the bill perfectly. We had a gorgeous afternoon there, and sitting on the patio with a glass of wine playing cards was a nice break from doing the tourism thing. The breakfast buffet was quite nice. The staff were all lovely and helpful.

The room could have used a bit of paint and a less wonky light fixture in the ceiling. It wasn't awful; it just needed a bit of a freshening up. Our room was above the bar, so it wasn't terribly quiet at night, but it wasn't a big deal as there wasn't any loud music or anything, just people chatting and having a good time.

This was the perfect stay for our last night in France. After a seamless check in we walked the grounds and visited the neighboring lambs. The view from our room was perfect We had dinner on site. It was an incredible meal. Great food and drinks at a great price.

Having to lug the luggage up a flight of stairs. But that's it. Everything was perfect. They did have rooms on the first floor. I'm sure they would of given us one of those if it was really that big of a deal. They were super accommodating and even have us a bucket of ice and glasses for a local bottle of wine we had purchased

nice family run hotel and nice food but they should warn their guests in advance when there will be large outside groups of tourists just for dinner because then the romance and quiet is lost. Overall, a nice hotel to stay in with a nice view from the breakfast restaurant. The staff is polite and kind. Sufficient parking space.

on the second night there was, in addition to the hotel guests, a large outside group of more than 45 people who were just for dinner. It was very noisy and definitely not staffed enough to serve. We waited extremely long for our order. Personally, my steak, despite being repeatedly told how long to cook it, was not good. I gave up on advertising because I probably had to wait another hour to get a new one. Unfortunately, the setting is nice, but such mixing of large groups of people coming only for dinner with the rest of the hotel guests is at the expense of the main guests of the hotel. The romance of a family traditional hotel is lost, which was the reason I chose this hotel for my visit to France

The layout of the dining room and breakfast room along the side of the hotel, in a sort of conservatory, meant every table had excellent views of Mont St Michel, the salt meadows and the sky, perfect for watching the sunset and the morning light on the bay.

Rooms slightly faded (but good modern bathrooms). (The stairs, with no lift, could be a problem for some people, but we were fine.)

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, peaceful, and very comfortable — but what truly made it special was the stunning view. Whether in the morning or at sunset, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The instructions were clear, the communication was great, and the upgrade was a lovely surprise. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

The quaintness of this hotel. Beautiful surrounding, with stunning views. The hotel for a three star rating is superb. The food was superb. Beautiful service throughout and nicely presented. The wine choices were excellent and the detail of description for the wines was helpful and enjoyable. The beds were large and comfy. The shower was amazing. The staff were attentive and polite.

For what we were expecting based on a three star rating the hotel and it’s team super passed our expeditions. A wonderful hotel and a real treat for an idyllic, peaceful and outdoors orientated trip.

Located right in the middle of nature, lots of trees in the garden, spectacular view of Mont Saint Michel, Our room was on the side of the building and was quite spacious, with a large bathroom, very clean, very comfortable bed! The food at the restaurant was very tasty! The reception man was very helpful and very pleasant ! Overall a very positive impression of the location! Short distance in car to the Mount Saint Michel with a really beautiful landscape of the countryside

It is not of great importance, but some of the furniture seemed a little dated but all was functional. In our room we could hear the water running from other rooms ( toilet flush)… a bit odd at night…

Lovely place to stay with a great view of Mont St Michael .The restaurant food was excellent and the girls serving were very kind and attentive ..

Car chargers didn't work not the problem of the hotel but it could have been a problem if we were relying on them for an overnight charge.

We enjoyed a lovely overnight visit. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The evening meal was generous in size and excellent quality. Breakfast provided a wonderful selection. We especially enjoyed the relaxed location and the view across the countryside to Mont St Michel.

The room was “cosy”, but adequate.

Great view and location with the Mont Saint-michel. They have big garden that opens up the view and space for nice coffee and relaxing time. The staff members were extremely friendly. The restaurant has good dinner option too. It was a lovely getaway weekend! Highly recommend.
