The owner was very kind and prepared everything clean. We were 7 people -four adults and three kids-, so we stayed in the family room and a normal room. I think kids were very noisy, but the owner didn't mind. The breakfast was also organized and delicious. There were baguette, croissant, a variety of cheeses, fruits and drinks. The view of Mont Saint Michel seen from the garden of the hotel was majestic. I recommend this hotel for people who want to stay in a calm place near Mont Saint Michel. I appreciate for the owner's kindness. Hope we stay there once again in the future!

If some bottles of water are prepared in the rooms, it would be better, especially in summer.

Veronique was an exceptional host, providing insightful information on my visit and was super welcoming. The accommodation was very close to mont saint Michele, whether that be walking distance or getting the transport nearby (both are easily manageable). The garden had a great view also to admire the surrounding scenery. The room was comfortable, presentable and had good decor and so did the shared areas. The accommodation also benefits from shops and restaurants in close proximity.

We had a great stay in the perfect location for a visit to Mont-St-Michel. The owner, Véronique, made us feel very welcome and contacted us before arrival to make sure everything would be in order. She also gave us great tips for our visit to Mont-St-Michel and into Brittany. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with great views of the bay from the gardens and ample parking was available even after checking out. In the morning, Véronique provided a very tasty breakfast, all from local products and/or homemade, and served with a friendly smile.

Location, breakfast, owner, other clients, the view, all added up for a wonderful stay. Don't waste your time with the "official" hotels, this is much nicer. Only 5 minutes walk from the shuttle that takes you to Mt Saint Michel. Veronique had great tips to visit the mount and for local eating (when we didn't follow her advise, the food was mediocre, but then we got wise and did everything she told us!. Thank you Veronique!). She even lent us rainwear for us to explore the mount dry!

This is a lovely peaceful place to stay within walking distance of a very busy Mont Saint Michel. We really enjoyed the walking in the area. Breakfast was delicious with local specialties served to us. Each table was beautifully decorated and different each day. Veronique was very helpful and arranged a dinner reservation for us on our first night as well as giving tips to visit the Abbey. We ended up a little overwhelmed by the number of people at the Abbey and were very happy to have a picnic lunch in the garden with a great view. The fridge and kitchenette available to all guests was appreciated.

There was a barrier across the road when we were arriving and the road was full of pedestrians so we questioned if we were in the right place. We followed our map directions and after going around that barrier, this was the last property with public access on the road. This was definitely the right place for us.

Thanks super nice & helpful Véronique! we got a friendly reminder from her not to worry about our check in time and must take dinner before arrival. She is really kind and concern if we cannot find the dining places around so keep on reminding us and not mind to wait for us later than expected. this is a big contrast to our stay in La Bastide d'Entraigues (just 3 days before here) who is rude and unfriendly to not offering any help when we cannot locate dining places around. Veronique serve nice & delicious breakfast with fresh food from sources around. you don't need to worry before starting your visit in town.

This is a real jem - great location, nice room, comfortable bed, private bathroom. free parking, breakfast. Very nice host showed us the territory and gave a lot of info on Abbey, surroundings, transportation etc. We stayed closer than most visitors parked, and still it was very quiet and peaceful.

Superb location! You can see Mont Saint Michel from the B&B and the bus stop to get there is less than a 10min walk! Very nice place with cosy rooms and some local products for breakfast. Shared kitchen with fridge and micro was very handy as there are just a couple of restaurants in the area. I wish check in would be earlier cause the room is expensive but the owner tried to be flexible and was very friendly and helpful.

La Jacotiere was perfect for our 2 night stay at Mont Saint-Michel. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, and the fact that there is a full sized fridge downstairs that you can store your things in was a huge bonus. The breakfast was exceptional and Veronique was an amazing host. We brought our 14 month old daughter and Veronique brought out toys to ensure she had a good time. We really felt welcome - overall great experience!!

Nothing negative with our stay

The perfect spot for visiting mont st michel, an easy 20 minute walk to the base, avoid all the crowds on the buses and a great view while you walk. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and you have the most lovely host who took her time to explain the area to us and provided an excellent breakfast!
