Great view of Mont Saint Michel from the property. Got to see a huge herd of sheep going home from the fields. Breakfast was very good, with more choices that just croissants/bread. Comfortable beds.

The location is amazing! So close to Le Mont St Michele without being right next to it so a bit quieter, knowledgeable staff, very helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast. Great place to stay and the sheep nearby were very friendly!

The WiFi could have been better.

Amazing location with views out towards Mont Saint Michel. We really enjoyed the walk across the fields to the Mont from here - far nicer than the walk along the road, as it was so peaceful and nice to walk with all the sheep around. The room was comfortable and was good value for money. And the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Make sure you keep your receipts for any payments you make. We needed to check-out early in the morning to make the bus in time, so settled up our bill the day before. When we went to drop our room key at reception the next morning, the lady was adamant that we hadn't paid our bill. The issue was sorted out very quickly when she found the correct paperwork so it wasn't a big issue, but was some unnecessary stress.

This was a lovely hotel, the view of the Mont St. Michaels monastery was amazing. I like how the rooms lead directly outside and there is ample free parking for guests! Renting a car was the way to go! You can walk to the monastery, but it’s a 7+ mile walk. If you rent bikes or bring them, that’s great too! The parking lot to the monastery is close by if you want to take the free public shuttle. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Flies kept coming in every time we opened the door, be careful to shut the door right away when you get there as you are in farmland. No fridge in room. I would have liked to store cold waters.

Staff are very friendly, they replied to me always with smile. The room has enough space with plenty of storage shelves. Airco worked well. Every morning woke up with screaming of marching sheep became not forgettable memory. Simple breakfast but good price. Parking is in front, so it is easy to carry things in.

Wifi was very poor. Because there are no shops, cafe or restaurant around, it would be better if there is vending machine in the hotel.

Perfect location for Mt St Michel, lovely views of the abbey,nice quiet and picturesque village.Good breakfast.Room clean and comfortable,perfect for a stopover.It was great that the receptionist told us,it was free parking at the Mont from 6 30 pm (September onwards) we went back up there it was really quiet ( much better than in the day) and watched a beautiful sunset.

It's a pity the restaurant was closed,however not too far to get a meal.Would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in room

Exceptional. The location is just perfect,the rooms are spacious and clean, the lady at the reception was very polite and professional. Great view to make a night Fotos of Mont Saint Michel, or to walk via fields with a lot of sheep's.walking distance is between 35 to 40 min to the Mont Saint Michel. In the morning the sheep's are going via the street,it's a very interesting experience. Breakfast is really good, and parking space nearby is enough. Better than expected.love it .

Excellent 2-stories Hotel/Auberge at the edge of a small village , in the countryside … Great full view of the Mont-St-Michel … we could directly walk from the Auberge through the open-field of knolls , ravines, and sheeps to see Sunset and the Mont-St-Michel . Rooms(3) are small but livable ; Aircon worked ; there are ample parking lots ; the air is fresh ; Staffers are helpful .

No BF provided , restaurant is closed ; needed to drive 5-10 minutes to nearby towns , and to the shuttle-bus stop to/from Mont-St-Michel. Sheep droppings are all around in the village and in the fields… but this is to be expected in a sheep-farming village!!

Loved the pastoral setting. So cool to be woken by a large herd of sheep going by our window at 6 am - a bit early but great to see! Breakfast was great. Nice walk to the bus taking us to Mont Saint-Michel. Enjoyed walking amongst the sheep that had woken us up earlier! They allowed us to park our car in their parking lot the day we walked over.

No air conditioning which is a bit tough for us travelers with climate change and the ridiculous high temperatures.

We stayed for one night in order to visit Mont St Michel. It was very close by car to the island and in an idyllic setting. Surrounded by farms. We awoke to a farmer herding his sheep past our window - loved it. Our room was a good size and all good except no tea making facilities in room. There were a few restaurants near Mont St Michel but we had some difficulty as some were booked out. Only the most expensive one was available - saturday night. Had breakfast at the hotel which was adequate. Staff were nice and there was free parking. Would recommend
