Cant review breakfast as we chose to eat where we were going. Hotel all good and very friendly helpful staff. Our only disappointment was the location, which was very remote and an expensive taxi ride from anywhere.

The website describes the hotel as being a few minutes from Ponterson rail station and the shuttle bus to Mont St. Michel. It isn't. The station and shuttles are over 4km away - an hour's walk or an expensive taxi ride. It was actually cheaper (although still costly) to get a taxi from the hotel direct to Mont St Michel than to get a taxi to the rail station and the shuttle bus to Mont St Michel. People who don't drive need to know this. Check the map before you book rather than trust the website's description of the location. It is a very long way from Pontison town centre and there are no shops or any other facilities nearby. Everything else about the hotel was great.

Clean, modern, good restaurant. Contrary to the advice of a tourist site, there was nowhere to lock up our bikes. But the very helpful staff found a solution for us. It's also a great place to set off on a bike for Mont St Michel.

The location is not the best, in an industrial zone on the edge of town. It's a new hotel - the swimming pool was not yet open. Maybe they'll put in secure bike parking.

As a loyal customer of Ibis, I really like and appreciate their service, it’s always clean, a good value for money

The lady who was receiving people for breakfast was rude and had comments about english-speaking guests with french guests so that was not very nice of her but I know this doesn’t belong to the culture of the Ibis staff, it just says something about the person

Staff was very friendly and multi-lingual. Breakfast was delicious. Location was good. There is a restaurant in the hotel. There was also air conditioning and blackout curtains. Also loved the family room with baby cot.

The bathroom was very compact. The shower temperature varied a lot and fluxated from very very hot to cold, all on the same setting.

We stayed for two nights in Mid-September 2023, in a room on the second floor. We have used Ibis hotels before and knew what to expect. This was one of our best stays in an Ibis. Although the room is small with very little space for luggage, as typical for an Ibis, it was ok and had all we need for our stay. The beds are comforable. It was very quite allowing a good sleep. Free parking is available directly in front of the building and there is enough parking space (incl. 8 charging stations for Teslas). Friendly staff, decent restaurant and decent breakfast. The location is excellent for visiting Mont Saint Michel, maybe 15 minutes drive from the hotel to the main parking lot from where the shuttle buses go over the dam/bridge.

Poor quality pillows offering no discernable support. Lack of tea/coffee facilities In room so no option other than going down to the coffee shop which was not great. Initial reception response friendly and good when we arrived slightly early for check in. However, when we came back to get our keys later was no interest or acknowledgement from other staff present in the office and continued to chat to each other rather than acknowledge us or look to support reception member who was making coffee for other guests at the time which was not a great impression. Led to an awkward 10 minute wait. Overly complicated tray arrangement at breakfast was a little confusing. Iron in the room would have been helpful like other similarly priced hotels have.

The room size was good as we were travelling with 2 dogs. They gave us a room on the ground floor with a rear door to outside area which was great with the dogs and for loading and unloading car. The shower was really good and spacious. The staff were very helpful. The decor was basic but new, modern and functional. Great location to visit Mont St Michel and surrounding area.

Outside the patio door to rear could have been better maintained ie strimmed and litter picked up. The rest of the venue was well maintained. This area to the rear was forgotten about. The restaurant service started off well but when it came to ordering and receiving dessert we were left waiting a long time.

The hotel is decent located around 16 minutes from Mont St Michel. Rooms are relatively spacious considering we're in France, and the hotel lobby and bar are quite enjoyable and convenient to spend it considering everything around closes relatively early.

The food at the restaurant can definitely be improved especially that one doesn't have many other options to eat around the hotel.

Everything. It was like entering a very safe place.

I really liked everything including the restaurant attached to the hotel. Also they very nicely had me and my dog. And because I am a dog owner, I think that for your staff having rooms with laminated floor or vinyl is easier to clean. It was perfect but I imagine that’s really lots of work.

Location, price and staff. The room was ready for us upon arrival with sofa bed already open and prepared. The room was a bit small, as we didn’t have any space to open our main suitcase though!

No space to open a big suitcase in case of sofa bed being used.
