This is a great location right super close to the train station in the bus station in Pontorson. I arrived super late but they were able to accommodate me by leaving a key in a lock box for me to access. This was arranged in advance. The instructions were easy to follow and I was able to get into the room. It was clean and it was a pleasant stay. I left very early the next day before check out but I would stay here again

The instructions were perfect to check in but no other instructions were left so I don't know how to use the TV and where to leave my bags when I checked out early but I called them and let them know that I left it in the room. It ended up being fine. Also in general they didn't seem to know a lot about public transport and taxis in the area. I feel like they could've been a little better informed.

There was a shower in the room. The Hotel was close (one block) to the train station. Restaurants and grocery store close by. Breakfast (have to pay) was available downstairs of the hotel. Exceptionally good croissants were served which was bought by the owner that morning at the boulangerie. They recommended a great taxi driver for us: Éric. (To drive us to Mont St Michel)

The host was really, really nice and welcoming and helped me a lot to get a train during the current strikes etc. The location is a amazing, its right next to the station where you can take a bus to mont staint michel. there are also restaurants, bakeries & a supermarket nearby. The romma are very clean and provide you with anything you need.

The walls are really thin, sometimes I could hear my neighbour talk on the phone or I heard his alarm in the morning, but it didnt bother me much.

The location was great. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. Everything was very close by.

It would be nice if in the room we would have a kettle for tea and coffee.

- location - clean - lockbox checkin - breakfast was good but very few options to choose from - the place seemed in the process of being renovated (even though the building was very old)

- there was a very heavy odour in the room that we definitely didn't like

Just a couple of meters away from the Pontorson train station, you can catch a bus to Mont Saint Michel easily.

The walls were not thick enough to be soundproof.

The location is very convenient as it is right opposite to Gare - Pontorson. The owner was very helpful right from the beginning of the trip. He assisted me in every way possible as i was stuck in a location.

The staff was great and very helpful. The property was comfortable and well maintained. Nice location. Very good value.

No air conditioning or fan in the room.
