It was clean, very well thought out space, face towels, bath towels, hand towels, candies, complimentary drinks (water, tea, coffee, ice tea and other soft drinks). A/C and a fan, beautiful breakfast in beautiful garden, lovely and available hosts. There was shower gel, shampoo and conditioner , bath robes, and house shoes. Overall, it was a really well thought out space to optimize use and comfort, we really felt very comfortable during our stay. The space is comfortable to socialise in and also the beds and pillows are comfortable to sleep in, the space is very good.. There's a lovely garden to eat in and enjoy and its close to restaurants and attractions, there was a paper in the room with all the information of parking to Mt Saint Michel , visiting times, restaurant nearby, taxis etc. Thank you very much to our wonderful hosts this was our favourite accommodation during our trip across 4 places in Normandie.

We loved the breakfast in the garden, which was so pretty and welcoming. The food was excellent, the freshly squeezed orange juice and the coffee! Everything was delicious and the table presentation and china were so pretty! We enjoyed the service and attention to detail provided by the Lady of the House and the privacy both owners provided. The change to house slippers when we arrived was a special welcoming touch. It was the best B&B experience we had during our visit to France.

One of the two rooms didn't have air conditioning but our family who used it had no complaints because it cooled down in the evening. It was a hot day.

I Highly Recommend this gem in Pontorson when you visit Le Mont Saint Michel ,Book Villa Mons thru booking.com because of Good reviews true enough , exceeded our expectation, we really appreciated the welcome vibes , very homey , care of the owner husband & wife team (damian & tomoko) everything was a breeze from early check in at 1pm eventhough chckin suppose to be at 4pm & check out , personalized service , they even made a way to drive us to Le Mont Saint Michel , coz no more schedule bus ,vice versa ,had a private chaueffer c/o of damian d french husband , a good nite rest, room was nice bigger than the usual room in europe plus d separate bath & comfy room , the yummy breakfast was very nice personally prepared by tomoko the japanese french wife , merci beaucoup!

The owners of this B&B were absolutely stellar. We were welcomed at the door, the room was beautifully appointed and very clean, the shower had great pressure and was warm (not always the case!), and the breakfast provided was lovely. The location was quite easy to find, and although there is not parking at the B&B itself, parking on the street was not a problem. There is a very nice market in the town every Wednesday, right on the street where the B&B is located! Be warned, though, you will have to park further away if you stay over a Tuesday night! We cannot praise the owners highly enough - they were so friendly and welcoming. When we found ourselves in a situation (parking in a place that is not available on market day!), they helped us resolve the problem. They went above and beyond with that, and we are eternally grateful!

There was nothing negative about this B&B.

This was a charming B&B with a very friendly couple that welcomed us. The room was on the third floor, was large, the bed was awesome. Full bathroom with everything needed (took a wonderful hot shower, curled up in robes & had tea while watching TV) The electric tea kettle was a great idea and greatly appreciated after a long drive. Breakfast was amazing and we were late--but she took it in stride--and welcome us with a great smile. I would definitely stay there again. View from front window of town, and back window overlooking small garden. She even answered all my husbands nosy questions about how they renovated and 1800's stone house!

Limited info on where to pick up quick dinner. Husband had left list with recommendations but some required reservations. After a 4-5 hour drive we just wanted something hot we could take to our room & relax with. Ended up with pizza.

This was a pleasant stay experience. I put on clean shoes immediately and stepped on the carpet in the room. It made me feel relaxed. I didn't have to worry about staining the carpet. This also made me realize how clean and tidy the room was. It is 5 kilometers away from Mont Saint-Michel and it is very convenient to drive by yourself. The boss recommended a restaurant that can be reached within 2 minutes, and gently reminded us to reserve a seat in advance. Sure enough, after we finished our meal, we saw many people queuing in front of the restaurant. Breakfast was eaten in the garden, and the environment was very nice. The landlady is Japanese and specially provided Japanese cheesecake made by herself. All in all it was a perfect stop on the trip

We had a great stay! The hotel is located in a very calm area, just a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. The hosts, a lovely couple were extremely friendly and welcoming. The place was spotless and very well maintained. Breakfast was superb, with a good variety. We asked about renting bicycles, and they kindly arranged them for us. The surrounding area was perfect for cycling and exploring. Highly recommended! we would definitely stay here again!

Very pretty and clean room. Good location in Pontorson. Close to train station for catching train and taking bus to mont st Micheal. Great breakfast. It was more American with eggs and French toast alongside the typical French breakfast options which was amazing as someone from Canada who is used to eating eggs for breakfast. Hosts are very nice, they even lent me a charger as I forgot my connecting adaptor.

I have very sensitive skin which is quite reactive to any scents or products not made for sensitive skin. I think the detergent used to wash the linen and towels may have been scented or something was in the room as it did not feel entirely comfortable on my skin. I completely forgot to ask if it was a hypoallergenic space so that was a mistake on my part which probably would have been easily resolved if I remembered to ask about that as the hosts are super nice.

It was PERFECT!!! The rooms are clean and everything you need is there. The breakfast is great. The most important thing is that Tomoko and Damien are friendly, thoughtful and willing to help all the time, with warmth and a big smile. I would definitely recommend my friends to come and would stay again if I travel in this area.

I saw people complained about the stairs(without elevator), but to be honest, before you book you should know because they put it in the description. I can fully accept a stay without elevator with this quality of accommodation!

The Villa is a family owned business and you can definitely tell from the smallest detail. As soon as you enter, you can feel home. The owners are vary friendly and thoughtful, you are welcomed to wear slippers and to teach your bedroom, accompanied by the owner. The room is very clean, cosy, and well equipped. The, refreshments, shampoo, conditioner, pads,… everything you need is there. Then, the best part is breakfast, carefully home made and shaped based on the guests wishes. Cannot add more, perfect!
