From your room you can see the picturesque view of Mont Saint-Michel. The maisonette-type junior suite was spacious enough for three adults.

I asked if advance reservation for dinner at the hotel is necessary and was told no. In fact, the restaurant was fully booked on the day of arrival and we had to go to Mont Saint-Michel for dinner. Better to book in advance if you want to have dinner at the hotel.

The way this hotel is laid out is fantastic. The way it’s all facing the wonderful and enchanting Mont Saint Michel.

A wonderful place but in real need of TLC. The room we had, had a number of problems with the lights, not working with the light switch. Then there was the doors. The room door was hard work to shut, having fights with it every time we were to leave the room. Then the door inside to the bedroom; that didn’t close and every time you were to open and close it, it made the most awful sound. Resulting in waking the other up. On the last day that coffee machine wouldn’t work. But later found by moving it to another plug socket it would work fine.

The Location was out of this world with direct view to Mont Saint Michelle. The balcony was perfect. The beds and really nice and comfortable, and great water pressure and very spacious room. Love that the stop of the bus to Saint Michelle was right in front of the hotel. Both the lobby staff were attentive and really friendly! Extra mention to the restaurant staff. The where amazing and very attentive both during breakfast and dinner. We will definitely come back.

The rooms could use a little update, but we could se that they where working on that. Other than that it was a great stay.

Close to the Saint Michel Mountain. The heating is very strong. The shower water is very warm.

The bed is super narrow. I could easily fall off the bed if I simply turn my body... The TV position is very dangerous, it's hanging in the middle of the room and very low, I kept hitting my head on the TV corner, which was very painful...

Besides the hotel itself, being lovely, it was amazing and that my room overlooked Le Mont Saint Michel. They have a great coffee maker in the room so I can watch the sun come up over the monastery while I sip delicious coffee. I have very few needs, but this happens to be one of them.

Well, it’s not the property. It’s just a little far out. And that’s a quality problem because you want to be here. So basically there is nothing I did not like about the property. Oh my God and their restaurant. Everyone lovely. Food delicious. I had a medical issues so I was stuck for a few days and boy if you’re gonna be stuck at a hotel, be stuck at this one. Sorry I’m not staying focused to the question. There’s nothing I did not like about the property.

Location first fantastic, so close that it made it easy to walk there.And the size of the room wonderfully spacious! The breakfast great- lots of choices and we left very satisfied, the staff all friendly and helpful, the view from the dining room and bar cannot be beat! Bed was comfortable- great having a standup shower too. While it was cold outside the heater worked great however was a bit warm for us and we couldn’t turn it off. Staff so helpful Giving us a portable air conditioner so we can’t complain. Can’t beat the parking either!this hotel is the closest to Mont Saint Michel. All in all a great stay! We would stay here again if we ever returned !

Some Balcony cobwebs could’ve been cleared out and floor swept.

you can’t find the better location more than this hotel . so enjoy had great breakfast with the Saint Michel view . also the bus pick up to Saint Michel just in front of the door ,the drop off location is different, but just 2mins away back to hotel . the only thing need to check is if you come by car , might can ask for the entry code for gate before you arrive , otherwise need to park you car in the public parking than catch bus in to the town and go to hotel to check in , than got the entry code after go to pick your car 🤦🏼‍♀️，we try to call hotel in front of entry, but can’t reached it , so we spend long process to check in. by the way this hotel the bed is the comfortable one in my 3weeks europe trip

The location is fantastic with great views of Mt St Michel from the dining room where the staff were excellent. Also thanks to the reception staff who helped us out and retrieved our lost property.

The trip was for my wife's birthday and the main thing I wanted was the view which I understood was not guaranteed but the hotel staff made sure we got the room with the perfect view and that meant everything, the room was perfect size, clean, the bed was very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Bit of a mission to get through barriers on arrival, but the people on the telecom were all very accommodating so I'm sure its a regular thing, the location was perfect would definitely recommend.
