The breakfast offerings could be enhanced with a selection of items. A more extensive buffet would be appreciated, featuring fresh fruits and vegetables for a healthier start of the day. The addition of boiled eggs, a variety of cheeses, and some hot dishes would elevate the breakfast experience. Options such as sausages, baked beans, smoked salmon, or even a simple hot oatmeal would cater to a wider range of tastes and preferences. To be honest, we didn't find the current breakfast enjoyable at all. It lacked variety and freshness, which led us to skip it entirely one morning and seek out alternatives elsewhere.

We had a wonderful time here.. The hotel is charming and clean. The staff members are extremely helpful and nice! Super comfy beds. We had booked 2 rooms with a mountain view, it was worth paying just a little bit more to see the beauty outside..

I must admit that the walls aren't very thick, especially if there are loud children next door.. other than that, everything was really good. Thank you for making our stay pleasant!

Loved this hotel. We lived in a room with the mountains view and the landscape from the window was incredible! The room was very cozy. Perfectly clean. In the morning you can have breakfast in a cozy living room on the ground floor or go to the terrace with the same mountains view. I espessially recommend croissants and pancakes with local jam. Below there is a small bar and in the evening you can sit there by the fireplace. And the main thing that was pleasant in this hotel is its staff – it’s like you’re visiting your good friends or family!

Super friendly girl working on the reception when we arrived, couldn't have been more helpful with recommendations for restaurants etc. The hotel is small, very quaint and has a lovely terrace overlooking the valley behind. The town itself is very quiet at night, but there are a few good restaurants and it seems to be based heavily on the spa, which was closed for renovations when we were there. The room was very modern, well equipped and no faults whatsoever. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast was a little pricey at €10, when all we had was a croissant, a coffee and a glass of orange juice.

Easy to get to. On-site parking for our 3 motorcycles. Comfy, relaxed boutique feel about the hotel. Nice rooms with showers in some and 'half-bath' with shower over in another. Good breakfast. We arrived around 20:30 and received a very friendly greeting from the hotel host, who then called a local restaurant to book us in for an excellent evening meal. I recommend La Pique. Although the hotel hosts did not speak English, and I have the barest rudiments of extremely poor French vocabulary and grammar, we did not encounter insurmountable communication issues. Would stay again.

The location was good, with restaurants walkable in Luchon. Friendly staff and a clean comfortable room with a nicely appointed bathroom made the stay trouble-free. Plenty of available on-site parking close. to the hotel.

Wi-Fi was a little slow. The kettle had to be plugged in to a socket near the floor which was not great. Generally too few plug sockets for modern tech (like near the bed) but this is getting picky.

Ideal for a stop in our trip through the Pyrenees. Lovely staff and a nice breakfast. Room was very comfortable. Staff also reserved a table for us at a local restaurant. Enough parking space.

Airconditioning can be a very nice addition during the warm night we had, the terrace at the back of the hotel had an amazing view! But the front of the hotel is very close to quiet a busy road. If booked directly the room would have been cheaper.

Very friendly staff. The staff provided great recommendations to visit the Natural Park, SuperBagneres ski are, the Luchon Thermes and restaurant options. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and great value. Parking on site.

Super helpful and nice staff, clean room, very good stay overall and great value for money.

We had some difficulties figuring out the heating system in the room, it reset itself during the night.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff who were very helpful and supportive. Great view of snowy mountains from bedroom window.

It is just a little out of town and was a 15 minute walk to bars and restaurants.
