This was the second most comfortable stay during my Pyrenees journey. The reception was very welcoming, clear, and always with a smile. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety and very satisfying. The room was spotless, with a great shower and bathtub. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. The Wi-Fi also worked perfectly.

If I had to mention a downside, it would be that there is no public parking space in the town, so you need to use the hotel’s paid parking lot.

The location could not be better. Mid main street and 2 minutes walk to the telecabine to Superbagneres. The staff are super helpful and very friendly. Rooms are very good. Having parking in such a location is a bonus. I’ve been to Luchon three times and this hotel is the best I’ve stayed at.

The placement of this hotel in this city is perfect, everything is near. The hotel is friendly and nice, with a good breakfast.

It was a bit hard to find our room, but eventually we got there and it was much nicer than we expected. There was a bit of dust behind the couch, when we moved it to make our dinner nicer.

The staff at this hotel genuinely gave the best service. It was their enthusiasm, their care and friendliness. I did not have any problem here.

The Staff was exceptionally accommodating. The swimming pool was heaven on a hot day. The restaurant right next door had good food. We were happy to pay 10 euros for secure parking. The other members of my party were a couple and a 9-year old. They were pleased with their room as well.

The first room I was given had a problem with the shower, so only a bath could be taken. I much prefer showers, and so the staff switched me to another room without hesitation. The second room had an odd configuration, but worked just fine for me as one person.

Great location with secure motorcycle parking. Loads of local restaurants to choose from.

Budget room was very budget.

The breakfast was really great and had lots of options. I really appreciated there being alternative milks available. Also the pool and gym were great and really nice to have available.

I wish there was a kettle in the room, to make tea and coffee. Also there weren't too many electric sockets available, or near the bed, which was frustrating.

Great location.. Close to the Ski lift and right in the heart on the main road. Good breakfast although just one person maintaining but coped well with the morning rush . Pool ok but no towels

Description did say parking but there was none on premise so had to park a short walk away by the Ski Lift.. no where to unload luggage. Just a small reception no lounge or bar .

Great location, clean and decent size bedrooms. Literally across the road from the télécabine to the ski slopes.
