The place is incredible. From the hotel we are bready to ski and the Village club "all inclusive" formula worthes it. The bread is amazing. The restaurant was pretty good with an impressive diversity of the food.

The coffee was not really good at breakfast...

Food not great if you want to eat 'clean' Very remote...no pharmacy or convenience store at all...closest shopping either a 20 minute drive away ( 40 min round trip minimum) or 10 mins down on the Teleporte. However beware! The Teleporte carries a €10 charge if the hotel is booked via Booking.com....it is free if hotel is booked direct...which we felt was a rip off. Access is not disabled friendly... A little tired & unloved inside.

Pros: location, view from the window, landscapes, high ceilings in the room, panoramic windows, good pillows and blankets. The room is warm.

Cons: parking is 2 km from the hotel, walking up and down the mountain is not very convenient. reception on the second floor - you need to walk up the iron stairs with a suitcase in your hand .The elevator is very small and cramped - for 2-3 people. The soundproofing is terrible - the creaking of floors and the coughing of neighbors can be heard clearly and around the clock. The lighting is terrible - 3 light bulbs the size of a little finger for the whole room, you can go blind, it is impossible to read. A4 TV size. Not all at the reception speaks either English or Spanish. The hotel is not respond to letters and requests. The food is a nightmare - breakfast - yoghurts, cereal and croissants, you can boil an egg yourself. There are no scrambled eggs, no omelettes, no pancakes. Dinner - a minimal set of food - pasta with some strangely diluted sauces, chicken, couscous. Very small and monotonous choice, lots of bread, bread cutlets... Not tasty and too simple for a hotel. Mattresses need to be replaced - uncomfortable and sagging. No cleaning. In a room for 4 people there are 2 large towels and 1 chair. Overall, I do not recommend it.
