*Location in central Luchon on main downtown street near lots of bars and restaurants *Very nice large clean and recently renovated rooms *Comfortable bed with lots of extra pillows available in the closet *Surprisingly quiet even being on main Luchon thouroughfare *Underground parking with direct room floor access via elevator is available for I believe 10 euros a night for cars, but was free for motorcycles (me) *Helpful and friendly staff

*13 euros per person for breakfast was not worth it for me personally *No electrical or USB outlets on either side of bed, only light switches *Elevators are oddly slow, takes a while to open door once floor is reached

All staff were nice and friendly which made our stay even more comfortable. Rooms are spacious and bathroom good and functional. Delicious breakfast (not included in your booking) and nice spa facilities (my friend had a massage and LOVED it). Location is amazing

Be aware parking is difficult as hôtel is right in the city centre so it is good to reserve a space in the underground car park below the hotel (not included in the reservation and comes with limitation in car height for some space)

Very good location, good amenities, very good rooms. Best value for the money you could expect. Great SPA. Sauna and pool are amazing. The installations are new, clean and comfortable. Beds are great, shower too. Everything is brand new and comfortable.

SPA area could be cleaner, especially the pool walls. The wooden sauna door doesn't work well.

PERFECT LOCATION, RIGHT DOWNTOWN. EASY ACCESS TO ALMOST EVERYTHING, RESTAURANT, SKI , ETC. JUST ONE NIGHT SPENT, NO MANY OTHER COMMENTS TO MAKE.

COMING BY CAR IT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE AVAILABLE ONLINE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CAR PARKING. MOST OF THE CAR PARKING PLACES ARE FOR SMALL CARS.

The room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. It was great to have pool and gym facilities. Breakfast was excellent and worth paying extra for. Parking was very good and secure - great for motorbikes. All in all a fantastic hotel. We will be back

Great location, very friendly staff and very clean and refurbished hotel. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in any of the Luchon hotels! Great value considering its location and quality.

Locker storage for skis was not individual but a collective room - very minor point.

Receptionist on arrival very unpleasant. Not the right image for a hotel.of this standard , certainly not dressed appropriately. Extremely rude both on the phone and to us.

Breakfast was ok, we have better though in an Ibis Budget!!! However the evening meal was superb!!!

The rooms were not sound proof. We could hear the room above very clearly plus the pool generator was noisy

Location - clean - spacious - nice confort gym and pool area. Walking distance from the cable car to the ski resort - car parking space and access.

Reception was not manned all the time and had to call a mobile number and wait before seen someone

Underground safe and convenient parking. Beautiful vibrant hotel in the centre of Luchon.

The al fresco bar area can get a little noisy on Friday and Saturday if your room faces the central courtyard and you are an early sleeper but is does quieten down around 10
