The hotel was pretty nice and pretty much looked like the pictures on the Booking website, although a lttle tired looking. It rained a bit when we got there and we all know everything looks great when the sun is shining. We had dinner in the hotel the first night and this was a 3 course set menu at a reasonable price. The little town Villie Morgon that the hotel sits in is a joy with a couple of little bars and a great Kebab shop, we used the bar on both nights and the people were really friendly.

There was a problem with the shower in our room and when I alerted staff to this they offered us another room, this was a bit inconvenient since we were only staying there for 2 nights but helpful none the less.

Decent breakfast with good choice of diet. Swimming pool was great for children to enjoy a swim in the morning. Location is perfect for enjoying a nice sunrise luminosity in the (early) morning as the hotel is surrounded with vineyard. Reception staff is very welcoming and very supportive for arranging activities in the region and providing advises for visits.

The room was advertised with AC and the system was down (not sure it is exceptional situation). Instead we had a fan in each room. Room soundproofing is limited as we experienced for 30' at 8 am a dog continuously barking in one of the rooms close to ours. Not enjoyable wake up. Hotel has no elevator ... and no support is provided by hotel staff to carry (heavy) luggage to the floors.

This is are third stay, always look forward to staying here, great rooms had the same rooms each time we stay, staff are great very welcoming and we have a great time with them, food was fantastic as always with a great choice for breakfast. The young lady on reception [ Isabella] emailed me to say they had found are phone charger and would keep until we returned, was very impressed with that

The night we got there they were short staffed but the woman running around really had a lot of hussle and we appreciated it. The breakfast was really great. They let me keep my stroller in the office and held a case of wine in there for me for the day, which was really helpful.

he room was tiny and the twin beds were pushed together, not really what I expected. But they also kept pushing apart so things got lost between them. Coffee could have been better. There wasn't enough parking and I had to park on the street my 2nd night.

Rooms were very reasonably priced and clean. Hotel set in small village surrounded by vineyards. The dinner was excellent and Olivier and the staffing team were lovely and helpful. Would recommend without a doubt.

My third visit. Why? Well as a picky hotelier I’m not easily satisfied… The hotel is extremely well run by Mr Olivier and his enthusiastic staff. The location is perfect for exploring Beaujolais. Delicious menu with additional daily suggestions. Wine list small but, of course, well chosen. (For an excellent lunch try the Café du Beaujolais in the middle of the village, five minutes walk away, another good reason to stay at this great hotel.) As a white wine from neighbouring Macon try their delicious Viré-Clessé. The pool is excellently maintained and is about 18m so one can swim… I’m already looking forward to my next visit.👏👏👏

Please provide cold milk on the breakfast buffet.

Was a great place to use as a base for our trip located in stunning country side surrounded by vineyards, spent three nights there and the staff where very freindly and spoke good English, rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable, food was excellent we eat there ever night, not a big menue but good choices, Breakfast was also very good

Could not fault the stay great all round.

Staff was great, welcoming, friendly and very helpful! The property is in a good location, it has a very nice garden and swimming pool. There is a parking lot with a decent amount of parking spots.

Lots of mosquitos and a few spiders in the room when we arrived. We asked for insecticide to get rid of the mosquitos, and then it was ok. Rooms seem a bit old and could use some renovation, but overall it was comfortable and we spent a good night!

Great return stay, stayed in June was as good as before, lovely staff, freindly, nothing is to much trouble, rooms were exactly the ones we had before, comfortable and very clean over looking where the bikes were parked safely, food was amazing and a very nice breakfast

Could not fault our stay, will be back again next year.

Well positioned overnight stop on the way back from the Alps in an attractive town. The room was fine and the restaurant was of a higher standard than expected but after a couple of weeks in self catering in ski apartments we were happy to treat ourselves! The staff were very helpful. Secluded parking. We didn't have breakfast as we wanted to get on the road early.

No issues at all.
