Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was great. Bungalow were just what we needed. Lac de Miel was perfect for water activities and hot days.

Simple cabin gave us cooking facilities, was off season so quiet. It rained so we didnt use the site offerings. The kitchen had enough stuff to cook with but no soap to washup.

It is a cabin so no wifi! No problem The couch was not comfy as if it also a bed and the bed was old and not comfy we both rolled into the middle.

I missed the condition saying that the bedsheets are not included in the price. My fault! However, it was not possible to solve this problem - after 4pm (or 6 pm) the reception is closed and there is no single possibility to reach anyone. This property might be a perfect place to stay for vacations or so. We only had one night stay, and, in my opinion, this place is not equipped to manage the requests of short staying guests. Again, the fault was mine - everything was written in the conditions; however, sometimes people make mistakes and in my opinion the hospitality businesses must be more flexible and client oriented.

Great location with two lovely lakes in the vicinity.

Too basic for a family passing through / travelling without household supplies. Extra rented bed linen was ok except no pillowcases, just polyester fibre ‘covers’—nasty! No supplies like dishwashing detergent or other cleaning supplies (but threat of a fine if the place wasn’t fully cleaned before departure). And not so comfortable in a heat wave.

The nearby swimming lake was lovely and very refreshing.

The pool was closed. Important information which should have been disclosed. We would not have booked here otherwise.. You have to pay extra for linens and towels. Very unhelpful staff at check in.

the staff does not speak a word of English so we basically used a translator to communicate with them. I forgot my glasses at the property and I asked several times if the staff have founded them. I wrote about 3 messages,all in French, and I got no response. Even booking.com tried to help contacting them but after almost a month, I have not received any feedback from the property.

Nothing, it was an awful experience. Mea culpa yes I should have read the details more thoroughly but I didn’t expect this. To be asked on arrival, do you want sheets!!!

Everything was an extra charge.
