This hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are very kind. The lobby is really nice to relax in. The bar/restaurant is convenient and decently priced. The hotel is also secure, as you will need to be buzzed in past a certain time of night. Bathrooms in rooms that are accessible (i.e. for guests with wheelchair or limited mobility) are great.

All rooms for guests in our stay were a good size and were clean. Just be mindful that the showers in rooms that are not accessible are a little narrow and the tub floor is raised above the bathroom floor more than we expected. The door of the shower only covers half the length of the shower and does not extend.

Excellent fresh breakfast with options for everyone. Very comfortable beds, room turned over daily to a high standard. Reception area great for our 8 year old boy with free arcade game, pinball and table football. He also loved the pancake machine at breakfast. Dinner was sharing style small plates, very tasty and varied. Reasonable price, similar to rest of Bordeaux. Gym clean and everything working. Most staff spoke English and breakfast staff were very helpful. Efficient lifts.

Kids menu and bar drinks overpriced, flat beer and some bar staff unfriendly, bar often unmanned. Water in gym not replenished and a floor mat would be helpful for stretching/floor workout. Room a little small with 2 kids but we managed. No bath.

The bedroom was spacious with a nice open outlook. There is good sound proofing and the air conditioning was excellent. The choice available for breakfast was extensive and should satisfy most people. We had dinner in the hotel on three occasions because the food was very good. It is very family friendly which can be a good or bad thing depending on your view.

Breakfast can be a bit hectic so would recommend either going before or after peak time (roughly 8.30am to 9.30am) to avoid having to queue for a table.

We stayed in the family room, 2 adults and 2 kids, room was a little small for 4 people to tell the truth, also this is eco hotel, so there was no fridge in the room as well as cotton pads and such small things which expect in 4* hotel. Breakfast was good, but I would expect more choice for hot options, also there was no fish only meat options for breakfast. there was kids corner and machines with games to play. It was great to have drinking water machine in the lobby. The hotel has great location 15 min walk to city center and great connection to public transport

There was not much hot dish variety for breakfast and no fish option, quite expensive paid parking, 25 Euro per day. small lobby. lack of electrical outlets in the room to charge devices, it would be great to have at least 3 in the room. there was only one next to bed and 1 near entrance door at the floor level and 1 at the bath.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The decor was really cool and funky. Breakfast was great with a wide choice of all types and beautifully presented. Restaurant and bar Seating was very comfortable. Bed was comfy - I didn’t like the pillow but I am very fussy so it might just be me!

Just the pillow really .. oh and they didn’t provide spoons in the room for teas/coffees - just a wood stirrer - silly things like that that really weren’t important in the grand scheme of things.

I had asked for 2 single beds & we had a family room, so my friend had to sleep on sofa first night, , they accommodated & moved our room the second day & gave us a free breakfast which I have to say was very good The lighting in the room was very poor There was a smell in the sink in bathroom Small things, but saying that I would recommend

From check-in to check-out, our stay was excellent. The location was perfect and within easy walking distance to all of the things we wanted to do. The room was comfortable, the bed excellent, the AC just what we needed after spending long days walking in the heat of mid August. The gym was modest, but provided just what I needed. The ironing room was a surprise and much appreciated. The staff were extremely helpful.

The location was great - a very easy journey by tram from the airport, then a few minutes' walk - the hotel is also very conveniently located for all the major attractions and the tram system (2 different lines close by). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room itself was lovely with great facilities. The breakfast was absolutely superb - one of the best hotel breakfasts ever, with a huge choice of hot and cold food, and an attractive dining area with choice of seating type.

Nothing that we can think of.

The hotel was in a perfect location: it was easy to walk to all of the tourist destinations, and the rugby ground was a straightforward half hour walk. For those less mobile, the tram network is very good and right on the doorstep. Breakfast choice, most mornings, was excellent and there was usually enough seating. We also enjoyed one evening meal in the restaurant, which serves a French twist on tapas. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Housekeeping forgot to clean our room one day but by the time we returned at 3.30 we couldn't be bothered to say anything because we were going out again shortly. Our other criticism may not have been the fault of the hotel, but a taxi from the airport was 40 euros, including a tip, but from the hotel to the airport was 62 euros, a difference that was not accountable for by time or traffic. Possibly the hotel takes a commission, or we had the misfortune to encounter a dishonest driver.

Good location, easy to get to from the airport, clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and helpful , hot and upgrade which we were very happy with, enjyed fhe extra comfort of the mini bar and upgrades toiletries, would return and recommend.

The entrance area outside, the plant pots etc need attention as it looks untidy from outside and doesnt give a good impression however once inside all was very nice
