It is a very clean and nice hotel with good comfortable beds and nice and helpful staff. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. It was good but not great.the meat options were mostly pork which I don’t not eat at all. The only other thing was one type of cold cuts of chicken which was actually not bad. Rooms are tidy also but amenities were not the best in the room.

Its location is not the best location. Far from the center of Paris and from the Airport as well.

Everything was very good from reception to the accommodation itself. We liked the location just nu the Seine. It is situated at a nice calm area in which easily can reach nice Ile Saint Germain and other cool restaurants. The Hotel restaurang also was great. They have professional and friendly service. The food was well cooked, presented and served. Their decoration is cozy and welcoming to spend time at the lobby as well. Also they have a nice environmental policy on plastic using. On this, they have a fountain probably at each floor we could refill our water.

Two major issues we had: 1. The toalett seems to leak time to time some bad smell. 2. Room service was a bit Strange. So we advice to go down and it directly at the restaurant, which has great service.

We were there for Olympic men’s soccer final game. The hotel is very close to the stadium and there is a grocery store within two mins walk. Staff very helpful and attentive. They gave kids free drink coupons for a drink at the bar on Friday evening. Bartender (an elder gentleman) was very nice. There are many activities in the lobby to keep kids busy. Very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Having stayed at Mercure hotels in France before the standards were as we expected them to be. We had almost no complaint whatsoever (see below).

Paper cups in the bedroom and bathroom awful. Proper porcelain cups, and proper glasses would be much more acceptable.

As a family qas nice to have the one room with four beds. Also the kids simply loved the pool. Not so many roof top pools in Paris and this one was perfect given the 30c heat of the day. Staff were friendly and hotel breakfast was very good. Interesting area which is a bit out of the main tourist parts however it suited our needs and the eiffel tower was a 20 min bus ride away. Staff went out of their way to find our 4 year old daughters lost bag. They found it at a nearby resultant we had visited and sent it by courier to us. Fantastic service, well done mecure.

No comments really, we had a stained duvet and the cleaning staff quickly organised a new one.

I stayed at this hotel for a week as I had to take an exam close by, in Issy les Moulineaux. The staff was wonderful!! This is the staff quality I would expect from a 5 star hotel. I’m used to hotels is Paris where the staff is, well, Parisian. This was such a different experience. On my first day I asked if there was vegan options in the breakfast buffet. Luckily the chef was around and personally told me there would be plenty vegan options and that if I didn’t find what I wanted, they would make me anything. I ordered room service for dinner a couple times and the food was amazing and cheap . The room per se was just ok but very clean with a comfy mattress, a couch and a table where I could study. The bathroom products were from Nuxe, which was a nice touch. Over the week end I had moved on to 4-star hotel in downtown Paris to be closer to the city center and oh boy was I disappointed. The staff was not nearly as welcoming and nice! Over one week every single staff member I encountered was smiling, nice, and trying to make my experience a good one. I even got a free coffee here and there (Admittedly I was ordering a lot of coffee).

Room was excellent, great view and quite spacious. Breakfast was very vast and started before most hotels Location is very safe and around 7 mins walk from the Metro Station / Restaurants, 2 mins walk from a Pharmacy and a lovely playing ground if you are travelling with kids.

I had to lose half of my stay's money because I booked as "Non-Refundable" but had to leave Paris earlier due to the ongoing Protests planned on 6th April 2023. The Hotel didn't give a bit of a refund (due to the circumstances). Of course I understand the decision of the Hotel, but again this is something which we weren't prepared for and assumed that the hotel management will be kind and give at least a refund of the breakfast which wasn't consumed.

1- The Staff. They were all so friendly, accommodating and professional! 2- The location. Close to a metro station and a short walk to the River Seine. Plenty of shops nearby too. 3- The room itself. Lots of complimentary drinks in the fridge. A lovely comfortable bed and English Tv channels. 4- Free Wi-Fi. 5- Lovely Buffett breakfast. Not a huge choice, but more than enough for me.

It would have been nice if there were vending machines in the lobby. However there was a very small selection of snacks and drinks - which were paid for at reception.

the front desk pesron, not friendly at all ( colored lady ), I asked her if i could borrow a wine opener and she replied that the kitchen was closed so no way she could let me use one...i went to the bar area and found one, i used it and i gave it back to the manager the next morning at check out...we won't come back to your hotel.

The hotel was nice, reception staff were helpful and friendly, specially one lady (can't remember her name) but she was wearing glass and had UK flag pin on her jacket, she was super friendly and help guided me on using the Transit app for transportation.

nearest metro station was about 9 minutes walk, a bit challenging with small kids considering the cold weather, also the area does not have many shops around to grab food, drinks or any other things that a person may need, you have to hire a taxi to drop you to another area or have to walk a bit.
