The breakfast was excellent, with local fresh goat cheese, butter, apple juice, yogurts and jams, along with breads other plant based milks and everything else we could have wanted. At night it was very quiet and peaceful and the skylights gave a beautiful view of the night sky. There was plenty of room for parking for our rental. Our host,Eric, was very helpful, friendly, and happy to answer all of our questions about the area and his farm. This a working farm and we got to see the goats and sheep, and help feed the new baby goats which we all enjoyed very much. Of course it wasn’t expected that we had to help, but we were very happy for the opportunity. This location was ideal for visiting the Normandy beaches of Utah and Omaha, and within 30-ish minutes of Bayeux.

There wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like, but we were surprised by the two big dogs, and surprised again by how chill and friendly they were! Never once did they try to jump on or bother us. I only mention it to let others know, but they are very well behaved and fun to be around. Our kids also enjoyed the two cats that ran the place. 😊 Oh, we didn’t get on the WiFi while we were there. We were out most of the time sightseeing and we kept forgetting to ask when we were with Eric so, I recommend clarifying that if it’s going to be important to you.

It's a very nice and cozy accomodation on a little farm surrounded by beautiful landscape. Also the ocean is just a few minutes ride by car away. If you want to visit the landing beaches it's a good place. Eric, the owner and also his employees are very friendly and helpful! Eric provides a very nice breakfast with his own local products. Thanks for having us Eric!

everything was fine!

The location was excellent for visiting Normandy. Eric is a fantastic host. he waited up for us due to our delayed flight and was nothing but gracious.

Nothing about the property per se, just advice for travelers. it was me and my 83 year old father. We didn’t have any soap or shampoo because we were planning on buying that upon arrival. Alas, flight delayed and didn’t arrive till 10:30pm. Being two guys and planning without my wife I forgot it was a B&B so it wasn’t provided. Again, totally my fault and I was too embarrassed to ask if he could help. And the family room is on the third floor. Again, I didn’t ask so it wasn’t a problem, just fyi for elderly travelers. my dad loved it and Eric’s two dogs! Fresh bread and cheese and yogurts made from Eric’s goats!

Excellent host, beautiful room for 5 of us, amazing breakfast and great location for exploring. The fresh breakfast was the best we've ever had.

Nothing! Though if you are tall, beware of the beautiful beams in the family room.

Wonderful and peaceful stay. The room is comfortable, the bathroom is modern, and there is a living room area down a few steps. Eric’s kindness and hospitality know no bounds. He serves a fresh/varied breakfast and is wonderful company. I suffered an injury before my stay and he was incredibly helpful and attentive. I highly recommend for an authentic stay.

The breakfast was brilliant. The property is a small goat farm so there was home-produced produce available at breakfast. We were made to feel very welcome.

Finding the property was a bit tricky. Signage outside would help. Don't follow satnav at the end!

Traditional old goat farm where they made chèvre cheese. Beautifully converted attic suite. Fabulous breakfast of home made cheese, yogurt, confit, fruit juices and artisan breads. Excellent welcome.

Eric was very friendly and helpful. Clean, light and airy room, friendly dogs, good bike storage, interesting to hear about goat farming.

The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable

The owner Eric was very accommodating. A very enjoyable breakfast which included fresh yoghurt and cheese made from the onsite goats milk which you can watch being milked. Eric's pet dogs and cats are very friendly. A great way to experience a stay in Normandy.

Eric is a wonderful host. Good heart, great teacher and opens his home and farm to many people.

Bathroom and shower need some attention.
