The people are genuinely kind and considerate. The team was helpful and the place is peaceful. It is a bit of a walk to downtown, but very doable. Plenty of parking. We had our son with us, so a daybed was added to the room. We still had plenty of space to function. It is a perfect place to catch the beaches. Breakfast was simple, but had all the right things.

The weather was nice, but with no air conditioning, we would have liked to have had the window open all night. A screen in the window would provide a better experience.

Lots to like here! - Staff very friendly and helpful - Very nice ambiance throughout the common areas - The place was recently renovated so had a new and clean feel. Also, it was tastefully decorated. - The room was spacious - Bed, cover and pillows were very, very comfortable. It seems they really emphasized buying high quality items for sleeping comfort. - The room and bathroom were clean - quite and relaxing facility and room - The restaurant food (Vegetarian) was delicious and portions good. - I was able to park my bicycle inside a secured area - Good price and value hotel

Near a main road, but in the room could not hear the sound. The breakfast was not great for the money. They had too many items in plastic. This breakfast should have been included in the price.

Location was great and we had a relaxed stay here with our dog on our return to ferry back to uk. Bath and shower good, room temperature perfect and room seemed newly furnished. Bed really comfy. Easy walk into town and restaurants.

Nothing really but if I had one request would be for tea making facilities in the room. The coffee machine in reception was broken but we were able to purchase lovely coffees made for us in the bar area so wasn't a big deal.

Warm welcome - easy check-in and check-out Large car park - no charge! Bedroom was good with view of garden - peaceful. Breakfast was plentiful - in light and airy room. Good choice in the restaurant and changes each day. Lovely terrace for a late night drink!

Timing of breakfast - finished at 09.30 10.00 would have suited me better.

The staff were super helpful. The lawnmowers making crop circles on the "lawn". The bed was comfortable and the shower great.

The room was smaller thN I expected and a bit stuffy. Might get a problem in hotter weather. The window was interesting till we discovered a switch to close the external shutter. No curtains as not needed once shutter discovered.

Nice simple but modern rooms, staff are really friendly and helpful. Nice relaxing bar area, the evening meal in the restaurant was very good too. Well stocked continental breakfast. Plenty of safe on site parking. Town and museum is just a short walk away.

Nothing not to like. Will definitely stay there again.

My first criterion was the location, which met my expectations for visiting the heart of Saint-Mere-Eglise. The hotel is modern and well-appointed. The hotel staff was accommodating and helpful. You can tell they are prepared to serve a large clientele during the peak tourist season. During my stay in mid-September, the hotel served a breakfast buffet, with plenty of items to choose from. My room located on the second floor was modern, nice, clean, and quiet.

Good parking. Comfortable, clean room. Nice breakfast. The receptionist was exceptional. She called us before we arrived to make sure we would arrive while reception open. She also booked a restaurant for us. She was very efficient, friendly and helpful.

The restaurant was not open.

Breakfast was good, although limited selection, everything was of good quality.

Everything closes very early in this town. Including the hotel, so if you are maximizing your daylight hours, make sure you eat on time, otherwise the bar and restaurant will be closed when you get back to your room.

conveniently located. in a town which I like. comfortable rooms on the ground floor. I have mobility issues with osteoarthritis in my knees. very helpful lady in reception. food was good, both for dinner and breakfast. the hotel grounds were well maintained and very smart.

a bit of noise from the heavy traffic on the nearby motorway/dual carriageway. but the hotel was there when the road was just a single carriage way with much less traffic. I suppose that’s progress. being on the route to Cherbourg from which ferries sail very frequently to England and now with more frequency (due to brexit) to Ireland this latter traffic has increased significantly.
