Great comfortable accommodation, modern, everything was perfect. Pool looked nice but too cool out for us. Great location, walked into town was short 5-10 minute walk. Check in was easy with good information available on the town. Free parking was great for us, we just left the car parked for our three nights there.

We have been in france for five weeks and this was the nicest place we have seen. Never saw the management lady but that was not much of an issue except that she texted us to leave the city tax when we left and we had to scrape up as close to the exact cash as possible.

Unfortunately the villa we had booked was, we learnt on arrival, unavailable due to a water leak. Isabelle, the manager who met us on arrival informed us that she had placed us in another property and upon hearing this news, I feared the worst. When she told me that she was upgrading us, I confess to thinking this might be disastrous. How wrong I was ! The villa we were offered was superb and whilst a little further up the hill, it was actually, in hindsight much better located as indeed Isabelle had promised.

I can't genuinely fault anything, the villa was superb, Isabelle couldn't have been more helpful or charming and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cassis.

The location was excellent - very convenient especially with the on-site parking (it is right next door to a very busy and popular parking garage that everyone else seemed to be using to visit the downtown area, and we didn't even need to move our car from the hotel's parking lot). Also, things were very clean and we were able to have an apartment that with easy access to our friends' apartment.

1. The code to get out of the gate upon check-out did not work. We figured out a work-around. Sounds like the hotel is aware and working on a fix. 2) The bed had broken wooden slots that evidently a previous guest had not told the hotel about. My husband was able to make the bed work by moving the slots to the foot of the bed and let the manager know, so hopefully this will be fixed for future guests. I don't blame the hotel as they had no way of knowing if the responsible party did not report it.

Modern, spacious, clean and plenty of room in this lovely apartment. The bed was very comfortable and we had all the necessary amenities included. The property is very handy to the main town. The staff were very helpful and it would be lovely to have spent more time there. would definitely stay again if the occasion called for it.

There's nothing to not like. Oops... just remembered that the handheld shower head was a bit droopy and I couldn't figure out how to switch from the handheld shower to the fixed shower head but that's probably just me losing something in translation 🤪.

We stayed with our 7 month baby. The location was fabulous. Easy walk into the centre of cassis. The apartment was spotlessly clean. A highchair and travel cot were provided - both very good quality. Pool was stunning with plenty of sun loungers. The whole place is very well maintained and Isabelle was present if we had any questions. Free easy parking was such a bonus. We paid for a sea view room which was lovely - eating dinner as the sun set, but the garden terrace rooms also looked lovely.

We had to come home! I genuinely have nothing bad to say!

HUGE unit with a gorgeous terrace and beautiful pool area. Kitchen was bigger than the one in my home apartment! Unit was so clean that I almost didn't want to mess anything up haha. If I were a family I would be incredibly comfortable and happy with the value I received. As a solo traveler I probably did not need all the space but I loved having it regardless! Isabella was incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I need!

Downside: they said there would be washer and dryer but I did not come across that? Not sure if they meant that was just accessible within the building. I didn't have time to use it anyway but that could be problematic for other people visiting because they were expecting access to laundry. Also, using the phrase "private pool" in the description. I think this is an English translation issue. It's a shared pool so it is not "private" but it private to the facility (and beautiful I might add!)

We stayed in the luxurious suite with the seaview and hot tub. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk (uphill) from the main hotel. It is still an easy walk to town. This is a fantastic apartment. Its huge, beautiful, comfortable, very well equipped and it feels like you are staying in a treehouse in a tropical forest. All the sliding doors open so the inside flows to the outside. The manager Isabelle was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We almost fainted when we saw this apartment. It was HUGE!!! This is the biggest value in France. The modern decor, the well equipped kitchen and wonderful bedroom and bathroom were outanding.

We had everything we needed in our apartment, great kitchen equipment, access to a lovely clean swimming pool, communal washing machine, linens. The apartment was a big space and was perfect for us being 2 people. The communication was very quick and helpful. The location is perfect for getting to the main area of Cassis which was minutes away. It ticked pretty much all of our boxes. Would definitely stay here again!

We didn’t use our patio much as there were quite a lot mosquitos. Out of their control but probably our only negative and I wonder if there is something that can help with that for outside areas.

We had a very generously sized, one bedroom, corner suite with a wrap around balcony. It was very pleasant and allowed us to lounge outside and to have a a glass of wine before dinner each night. The suite was new and comfortably furnished; there was a lot of room for two people. The kitchen appeared to be reasonably well equiped, though we did not test the kitchen except for coffee. A lovely outdoor pool was also available. Free parking onsite with in-and-out privileges was nice. The location was excellent: a five-minute walk from the harbour/dock and huge range of restaurants, and we had a lovely view of the harbour and the sea, as well as the Chateau de Cassis (perched on the cliff and lit up at night!)

On-site support is available between 12:00 and 18:00, or so, if there is a request after hours, coverage is more spotty. Minor issue: the duvet did not have a cover and we were not prepared to use it as is. I did find that the bed was not properly made and there was a top sheet that had been tucked in. On the first night, we were able to use the duvet on top of the top-sheet. No duvet cover was provided; and additional sheet was provided which we used to sandwich the duvet - a make-shift duvet cover.
