Brand new Résidence, everything new, new building, new furniture, new kitchen stuff. Rooms comfortable, by car close to Cassis 8 min.

Reception working hours. - Our room was not ready, reception was closed and for first night they provide us emergency spare room without any pillowcases, bedsheets. It was uncomfortable

nice location to visit cassis. no problem to drive to city center - parking might be a problem outside the parkhouses. clean rooms and nice recreation area incl pool

Location

It was very expensive for a place where we had to do our beds ourselves and comfort was very approximate. We found for the same price another place in the center of cassis full appartement with 4 bedrooms and very luxury so very disappointed to see price for Pierre & Vacances.

It is a nice place with a lot of potential

We booked a room with a balcony but they gave us one without. They advised me some hours in advance promising a discount, which they never applied. The new room had no bed, just a sofa-bed not opened and not made. Moreover, no bath gel and shampoo were provided. The second night they gave us the room we booked; also in this case we had to make the bed by ourselves (maybe the policy of the structure?) and no bath gel and shampoo were present. The next morning I had a shower and, in less then 3 minutes ALL THE ROOM, not only the bathroom, was COMPLETELY flooded. For the rest the structure is not bad, but at this trip it was awful...

I liked the bathroom and enough towels were provided. The dishwasher is also nice. Good for longer stays, like a month, I think.

Price doesn't include the tourist tax The reception hours are really limited. We arrived outside the opening hours and they provided very limited information about how to check in. They bombed me with emails and messages that were useless, like my "Pierre Vacances account", but the only helpful information about how to check in wasn't provided anywhere, even their general information, except one tiny message in French. That took me awhile to find in all the corporate uselessness. The location is on a busy street, dangerous to reach by foot. The whole building is so impersonal, it made me sad.

We had the worst experience checking in to this resort! In the welcome email from booking.com we were asked to inform the staff if we arrive after 7 to arrange check in. But when we called they were soo rud and asked us to make the payment right away otherwise we couldn't check in. They kept saying they can't charge the card on booking.com and didn't accept any other payment method. After staying on the queue for 1 hr even booking.com team members said the property need to charge the card.. And again, the staff said we can't do anything We were about to sleep in our car for the night! Also, The room definitely didn't worth the price at all. I do not recommend this resort.
