It’s position. Good facilities in the rooms. A good breakfast. A very pleasant shaded outside area.

There was no air conditioning so the rooms were very hot. The signs were just for Ibis so we went into the first one we reached - which was not Budget - and were redirected. Unfortunately, only into the next Ibis on the same site - which again was not Budget. So we were again redirected, by which time we felt we had settled for a very down-market hotel. The breakfast area was very small so at breakfast, a very long queue quickly formed.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The triple room with fold-out bed was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a bath integrated in a shower cubicle, which was a very clever design and pleasant to use. I had to leave very early in the morning so I didn't have breakfast. All in all I am impressed with the facilities and the service this hotel offers. The location is easy to reach and not far from the A10.

Maybe they could put a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee? I didn't like the waterproof mattress cover, because it's sweaty.

When we arrived we were greeted by Hassim who was so friendly, helpful, polite and very professional. He booked us a table for the restaurant at the Ibis Styles next door and the food was outstanding and very good value. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and we could take our dogs into the restaurant. Our room was a good size with a lovely view of beautifully kept gardens. There is also an outdoor pool if the weather is good. The breakfast was very good value for money with nice fresh produce. I will definitely stay there again

There wasn’t anything I disliked

The location needs amplification. I arrived in the dark and rain. The satnav directs you to the first Ibis, they then direct you to the building next door. Next door is Ibis Styles who then send you around the corner to Ibis Budget. Could you not make the first Ibis at No. 18 Michael Faraday, Ibis Styles at No. 20 and Ibis Budget at No. 22 Michael Faraday? On arriving at the second Ibis there's no obvious arrow directing you to Ibis Budget and that it's around the corner.

Getting in the lift at Ibis Budget there are directions to rooms 1 to 144, or 2 to 244. So if you are in room 146 where are you supposed to go? It's only when you get out of the lift do you find directions to 145 - etc. which turns you to the left.

Excellent room and facilities - much better than a previous Ibis Budget hotel stayed at. Breakfast provided good choice of foods though the seating area was limited. Guests can use the restaurant in the Ibis Styles [La Planque de Zhao] which I would recommend - it was excellent and reasonable. *Rather odd to find half the building was Ibis Budget and the other Ibis Styles - differentiated only by different carpets in the property. I was redirected through the building to the Ibis Budget check -in desk. Staff in both parts of the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Plenty of free parking on site and good access to motorway for onward journey.

The location is good for our travel to the Dordogne. Liked the EV charger.

Thought we booked the hotel on the right. Receptionist said no. Directed to the budget hotel at the back of Ibis Styles. Paid for it, but then charged for a 'no-show'. Eventually got a refund after hotel manager admitted mistake.

We were pleasantly suprised with this hotel (in a group of three adjacent Ibis hotels). It was dog friendly and had an EV charger (a bit pricey, but fast charging). It has a small pool and ample outside space to walk the dog and enjoy a beer.

Beds didn't have enough pillows - could perhaps offer at least 2 per guest as standard? Breakfast venue was very cramped, but we managed to get a place outside (weather was good).

The hotel itself was as expected, location-wise it was OK near places we could buy food and have a night of sleep. Beds weee really comfortable.

Nothing to say really, just maybe the fact the lady who did our check in was not really friendly and spoke only in french all the time. I know we are in France , but I was expecting a little more welcoming. The guy at check out was a sweetheart though.

Although we stayed in Ibis Budget, it is co-located with Ibis Styles and has internal access to the restaurant. We have stayed in both Styles and Budget, and yes there is a decor/furniture difference between the two but it’s essentially the same. A good sized comfortable room with en-suite and everything you need for an overnight stay. We had a great evening meal in Styles, but didn’t have breakfast. Would recommend and we’ll stay again.

Very good Hotel near the Highway, perfect situation, quiet surrounding. The pool and the leisure facilities in the garden were a huge surprise. Very nice restaurant from the neighbour Hotel Ibis Styles. Good breakfast (but very basic).

It is a little bit difficult to find with the three IBIS Hotels in the neighbourhood. Breakfast was very basic.
