We received a very warm welcome from Fred. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and an added bonus was the welcome tray. There was an enclosed garden for our dog and the hotel was very pet friendly. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was 5 minutes walk from a shopping centre, with plenty of food options. We would recommend this hotel.

It is in a quiet location south of the City - convenient to get onto the Paris MW north. Nice garden for the dog to stretch her legs and dog friendly. Staff were all lovely and went the extra mile. If you want the centre, very convenient for the tram stop. Evening meal was fair. Decent parking. Rooms not fancy but perfectly OK

Nothing to dislike, save typical French lumpy square pillows!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, apart from the shower. The pool is very clean and it is located in a lovely garden. The hotel is conveniently located near a tram station that takes you to the train station and the city centre.

The breakfast is OK...

Excellent room with plenty of space for all of us (including our dog). The hotel is nearby an amazing park and a wonderful restaurant/tapas bar. Breakfast was great and staff made us feel very welcome. We only stayed one night and used the hotel as a stopover but we will definitely be back.

Unfortunately we thought we had air conditioning but just a weak fan, it was very hot through the night so not much sleep.

The staff were excellent and very helpful.Our room was spacious and had a lovely view of the pool and grassy area. We are cycling and our bikes were safely locked away.

The room was a little bit tired and the WiFi a bit hit and miss

Easy to find, friendly helpful staff. Outdoor pool very useful after a long hot drive. Good and plentiful breakfast and an easy late checkout.

Dinner in the restaurant was very tasty but was not the best if one happened to be hungry.

The hotel was perfectly placed for easily getting the Tram into Tours. The hotel was very quiet and the hotel grounds were very tranquil. The staff were very helpful and attentive during our stay.

Clean and comfortable room, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is well situated, very close to tram stop which takes you into the centre of Tours in 15 minutes with minimal stress. We will use this hotel for future visits to Tours.
