The hotel is beautiful and all of the staff are just wonderful. Our room was very pretty and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet so we rested really well. We highly recommend staying at the Kyriad when you are in Toures.

Centrally located, with secure underground parking for 11 Euro's. Perfect location to walk into the centre of Tours and access to local restaurants and bars. Also, very good transport links directly outside if needed. We travelled with our dog and charged a very reasonable 9 euro extra for this. Everything was clean and as expected. Not much to fault.

Lack of bedside plug sockets. Maybe just our room. Shower was coiled around the holder purposefully i believe, so when any water pressure was applied it became somewhat erratic and sent water in multiple directions and needed human intervention to maintain a more direct flow

This hotel was great value for money for us as we rode across France. There was an underground secure car park that enabled us to lock the bikes. The rooms were fine, clean and functional. It was more of a businessman style hotel. The bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels. There were some really great restaurants within 5 mins walk of the hotel. Breakfast was fine. It met our needs without question. Its also very close to the river for the onwards cycle which was an added bonus.

The staff was very nice and helpful.- we asked them to keep our ice packs in their freezer and they did as well as borrowing us a broom! They also gave us some nice tips on what to see. The location is very nice and within walking distance from the historical center.

For this trip we brought our cats with us and when checking in they requested us 9 euros/night/cat. The problem is not the cost, which is understandable, the fact that this wasn't mentioned before is what bothers me. The shower head was very old and not functional. To park in the garage takes a truly skilful driver since it's a very narrow entrance!

Easy walk from main station ( about 10/15 minutes) friendly welcome and we found our family room was small but perfectly adequate for our two night stay. The room was bright and clean and we enjoyed the breakfast menu which was mainly continental in style with a hot food option. All staff were very friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk into the historic centre.

The family room could have been larger and the bath towels bigger!

This was a good place to stay overnight, located near the centre and a short walk to the centre and some great restaurants. Reception staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with and the room, spacious, clean and comfy. While there is a private car park below the property, we parked on the street in metered bays. Because we got there after 6.00pm and left before 9.00am, it was free. A decent continental breakfast set us up for the day.

Great Central location. Old Tours walkable, good and cheap bus and tram links to the old town as well. Booked an apartment, a little bare but ok. Loved the space. Continental breakfast,ok but could be better. Good and helpful staff. Good value. Decent selection of Restaurants nearby, as well as in the old Town. Would stay again.

Level1 of the underground car park fine. Level 2 a nightmare.

We had a very nice couple of nights stay at this hotel in Tours. Very welcoming and helpful hotel staff (who understood and spoke in English). A pleasant sized room with comfortable beds and pillows. There are plenty of hanging spaces for clothing. Not too far from the train station (about a 10 minute walk with luggage). Breakfast provided downstairs and a kettle in the room. There was an elevator for accessing the higher levels.

No safe or fridge in the room.

A gem of a hotel within walking distance of all local attractions. Very clean and comfortable. Don't be put off by the parking. We were very concerned because of some negative reviews saying a car doesn't fit in the spaces but our large family car fitting fine. We found it very similar to a lot of underground parking in Spain and France. See pic 11 euros for parking 9 euros for pets. Great value and a lovely hotel

Good location and very helpful and friendly staff. Easy to walk into Tours centre or get public transport, and plenty of restaurants nearby with a small supermarket opposite. Hotel was clean and modern and room had everything we would have required including a kettle and tea/coffee facilities. It was quite warm while we were there and the air con made the room comfortable.
