This place is spectacular for a small BnB. The room, a converted cave, is huge, airy, and unique, but tastefully furnished and decorated. There's lots of privacy; it's peaceful; the bathroom facilities are modern, the bed is huge and very comfortable. The small garden is also pretty. There's secure parking and you're moments from the river, though a short drive from Tours itself. The host prepares a delicious breakfast and is so kind, welcoming and friendly. We'd absolutely stay again.

Lovely welcoming host. Very interesting and quirky ‘cave’ which was spacious with a comfortable bed. Car parking was very safe. Homemade products for breakfast were delightful.

Difficult to offload contents of our suitcases as very limited storage space. The area around the fridge and the washbasin were both difficult to use and due to limited space.

The room was very nice, well decorated and so big! The place is quite special because it’s a cave The host is lovely: she was caring about our stay, preparing a home made breakfast in the cozy terrace. We had very good holidays at Les Troglos. Thank you so much for your warm stay

Perfect location for walking along the Loire. Very welcoming and responsive host. The room was spacious and cool on a very hot day. Excellent local wines available. Delicious breakfast. Easy parking and dog friendly.

Be aware that due to the special location of the rooms in a cave, a certain amount of humidity is unavoidable.

The only think to improve the comfort of the room would have been a portable fan.

Wonderful experience with a lovely host. Amazing breakfast in a quiet secluded courtyard. The cave bedroom was a new and fantastic experience, definitely to be visited again. Plus next to the Vouvray cave which sells great Chenin blanc.

Wonderful cave room which was beautifully decorated and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Nadege, our host, was charming and looked after us very well with lovely breakfasts and help with anything we needed

Vallerie was a great host. Room was a lot bigger than we expected. Myself and my daughter slept on the sofa bed (HUGE) and my partner and son shared the main bed (very comfy according to them) Shower has great pressure. Toilet doesn't have a door (room divider) but that didn't bother us. Fridge, microwave, kettle, hairdryer and towels in the room. The room is humid (it's a cave) but I have mild asthma and it didn't bother me. No AC, but it still felt cool (37 degrees outside during the day) We were walking distance to Guinguette de Rochecorbon which is a must if travelling with children. Breakfast was simple but great (homemade yoghurt and jams, bread and pastries, coffee, juice etc)

As it was cold and rainy outside, the floor was a bit cold. But that was solved with thicker socks
