It looked clean and smelt lovely. Bed sheets were as expected, fresh and clean. Room had air con, which was much needed as it was 30+ temp outside! The beds were very comfortable and we had a really food nights sleep. This was a last minute swap as we were supposed to be staying down the road at Premiere Classe Tours Nord, which we went to, walked into the room, stayed 20 minutes and left (we did pay dont worry, and didn't even bother to ask for a refund) as it was just grim and my boys wouldn't touch the walls, bedding or bathroom. We would definitely stay in this hotel again though, if we need a stop over again.

Easy to find, nice food, very comfy bed.

Only that there was no milk of any kind supplied on the “hospitality tray” but we were supplied with milk by the receptionist. We had the same problem on our outward journey at another Originals hotel in Chambray Lés Tours. Apparently the management is aware now of English requirements but not sure if this will be addressed!

Great location for amenities , the city and restaurants. Staff were really helpful when I had a problem with my care (5*). Asked for an additional pillow, this was not a problem and was delivered to our room promptly. Good breakfast and I loved the coffee machine. My wife and I stayed here on our way down to Gascony. The room we stayed in then was not as good as the one we stayed in on this occasion, it was like a different hotel. Air conditioning was great. I would stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike

The staff are exceptional, polite, interested in their customers, food and service could not be bettered, bed comfortable, room clean, and as we travel with our small dog the staff were brilliant, accommodated all our needs, were already booked to return.

To be honest, nothing.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. It was useful that staff could speak English.Gave useful information about restaurants and the city. Very helpful staff at breakfast. Good breakfast. Good parking facilities. Great location, close to shops and the city.

Not all the lights worked in the room. There was a slight odour downstairs. Towels were clean but were off white

The room was clean and comfortable. We booked dinner which was generally good but not breakfast. Good provision for the pooch and the staff were great, especially the morning receptionist who did our checkout.

The prawns on the starter were still frozen and seemed as if the dish had been prepared and left in a very cold fridge.

Comfortable and convenient for a stopover on a long journey. Aldi beside it and good pizza restaurant and Carrefour within a 10 minute walk.

The mosquitos! Not the hotels fault but there were a good few mozzies in the room ☹️

a room closer to entrance, a larger shower room ( mine was very small), and information on how to get out of the building at night when staff were not on site and somebody to answer the phone.

Nothing, it was perfect as it was

We arrived 5 min after the restaurant closed, having travelled 11 hrs. Exhausted and starving. Staff (mgr/chef/asst) all went out of their way to making us comfortable, fed and relaxed. Bravo!
