We often use campanile hotels and this was the best, my husband is disabled and we were given a lovely room on the ground floor, with a wet room style shower. The parking was underground and safe, as disabled clients we were not charged for our dog or parking. We couldn't take the dog into the breakfast room and unfortunately it was pouring in the morning so we couldn't sit outside, we took trays to our room which seemed to be acceptable.The breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice. We had been hoping to eat there in the evening as we had had a long journey but there were only pizzas available, fortunately the hotel is located where there are other restaurants and even a cinema. It is easy to access from the motor way.

Our stay at Campanile Tours Nord was positive from start to finish. The location was very convenient, especially for travelers arriving by car — it’s easily accessible from the main highway, and the underground parking (for a small fee) was a plus. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with a couple of restaurants right next door, which made dining easy and hassle-free. Though we didn’t use it, there’s a tram stop right next to the hotel, making it even more convenient for getting into the city center.

Nothing! We had a thoroughly positive experience. The hotel met all of our needs and offered great value for the price. If you're looking for a clean, modern, and convenient place to stay in Tours — especially if you're traveling by car — Campanile Tours Nord is a fantastic choice.

The hotel was just across from the tram that runs direct into the city centre which was very convenient. The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean and quiet.

Both nights we were there, the only drinks available from the bar were beers and we had to go out for something to eat, none of the snacks advertised on the internet were available at the hotel. Breakfast wasn't great (eggs over cooked and bacon very greasy) but the coffee was very good. The pub/restaurant next door was OK - the best of restaurant offerings close by - the Thai restaurant and Flamankush restaurant opposite the hotel were terrible!

The room is simple but nice. It has a comfortable bed and a TV with Chromecast so you can watch your favorite series. The room has climate control, which makes the room nice and cool. The bathroom has a rain shower and a big light up mirror. The breakfast is your typical French hotel breakfast, plenty to choose from. There are some fast food restaurants right infront of the hotel which is perfect after a long day of travel

Fair for its price, convenient rooms and good connection with the city centre as the tram stop is just in front of the entrance and you can easily get to the centre in 15-20 mins. There are a few restaurants around too and you can easily get to the highway to explore the Loire Valley

It could be cleaner with no much effort. The receptionist did not speak English which made our communication slightly challenging.

Hotel looks new, but it looks it was equipped with old, used furnitures? ( Is it possible?) My bed ( room 122) was totally broken, poorly designed. Double king size bed was standing just on the 4 thin legs - all of them were loose and crackling ! It was too late to ask reception for the room change, but this experience was horrible. Also duvet was for winter season rather while outside temperature was 24 and above. And the worst: At the entry to the room there was an toilet air freshener scent for a looong time. I had to ventilate my room a lot, before sleep.

Good to be able to garage the car, and go into Tours by tram. Great service. Hotel always clean, and staff pleasant. Auchan and Centre Commercial nearby.

For some reason, the post code given by Booking.com is not correct, GPS gets completely lost within the surrounding housing estates,and cannot locate the hotel. Always use the code given by the hotel itself.

what I liked about the property was the design how comfortable the hotel room was really affordable and clean as well. Located in a good area you can go grocery shopping. There’s a little kitchen and the staff are amazing.

What I would say that I didn’t like about the property is about the kitchen. There is everything except salt and pepper. It will be good if the owner or staff add little bottles of salt and pepper

Great value, basic hotel. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Underground parking at 5Euros is great. Location is just a few metres from the Vaucanson tram stop, which takes you into the city centre very speedily.

It's a small thing, but a real mug/cup would be better than a small paper cup for the tea/coffee facilities.

The staff are great and the location is good for us as we are passing through and stay only for one night.

We always struggle with the pillows here, one isn’t enough being too low and two is too many being too high but that is a very personal thing and work around with towels or clothes, maybe we should pack a pillow, ha ha.
