Location is ideal just off the motor way as we travel from Spain to the UK and break our journey up at Tours. The is a nice Fish restaurant within walking distance and a local bakers for a sandwich and coffee for the next days travelling. There is also a garage for fuel near the bakery. There is a small bar and the food is good. The rooms are a little bit small but comfortable for a one night stop over. The staff are accommodating and speak English.

My only negative is I do like a toilet brush as I like to leave the toilet as I found it

The sign to the hotel isn’t visible from the road and the sat nav wasn’t very good at finding you We wish Ibis opened earlier for an evening meal as every time we have a very early start and want to get to bed early ready for next morning early start sometimes 5am

Breakfast for vegans whilst limited was sufficient. As a disabled man the shower in the disabled room was excellent, however the room was as far from the check in desk as it could have possibly been. Being a corner room it was very cold even with the heating on, however the staff supplied us with a supplimentary heating fan.

The room was very cold even with the heating on, the room was at the very end of the ground floor corridor at the furthest point from the check in desk. There was a very unpleasant smell from the public toilets near the check in desk.

It was convenient traveling on the motorway, easy access. Clean and comfortable, nice and friendly staff.

Dinner in the restaurant was a little poor, not many choices and expensive. Found 9 euros for a small glass of wine and 4.70 for a Coca Cola to be excessive for a standard Ibis hotel.

All of the staff were absolutely brilliant, from check in to restaurant to check out everyone was so helpful!!!

Access is not as easy as advertised but not too much of a drama, paying to get on and off the motorway is a drag, no fault of the hotel just a French toll road thing......

Ground floor room was more than acceptable. But Staff were a bit hazy on check-in procedure.

I found the return arm on the door to be too stiff, My. wife due to some physical difficulties would not be able to open the door in an emergency. This could lead to an Eardley person being trapped. I speak from experience as I spent 48 years in Insurance part of which was Risk Management and Risk Assessment. I subsequently stayed at Ibis Irun and Ibis Bonaire, Valencia and their doors were more manageable to an older person.

Comfortable hotel. Comfortable room. Nice pleasant staff. Good for an overnight stay. We were satisfied with our stay.

Limited menu for evening meal. Arrived for breakfast fairly late and there was not much food left. Enough to satisfy, but more choice would have been nice. Not so easy to find because of the 1 way systems

East location easy check in clean

Having to make up one of our own beds on arrival at 1 am the sheets were in a sealed bag
