I love the location of this hotel. It is a 10 minutes walk from the train station, 3 minutes walk to Rue National, the beautiful pedestrian street, 10 minutes walk to Place Plumerean, the beautiful, lively square and just one block from Rue Colbert, the main street in the old town. You just can't beat that for location. My room was nice, clean and had a French balcony. The staff is wonderful and was a pleasure to interact with them. I totally enjoyed my stay and will certainly stay again.

The friendliness of the staff, especially when we checked in; the quiet location and the handiness of the location both to the centre of the city and the railway station.

It's only a small matter but we would have really appreciated glasses or proper cups in the room, especially in the hot dehydrating weather. We were given paper cups on 2 out of the 3 days we stayed but they weren't pleasant or stable to drink from. On the day we had nothing to drink from, one of us struggled to take our daily medication.

Really good location, easy to get to from the train station and a quick walk to the old centre with lots of options to eat. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

The weather was very hot but the air conditioning was not working, when I asked they told me it had not been turned on yet which was disappointing. If the air conditioning is only available for certain parts of the year it would be helpful if that was identified on the site.

Well located small hotel with friendly staff. The reduced rate arrangement with a local car park in an area of no free parking.

The breakfasts were very basic with no decaf coffee available. The set up in the small room of the bathroom area being behind an opaque glass door with the toilet at the front was a bit too intimate!

The location is great, round the corner from the theatre and near the Musée des Beaux-arts. Tasteful decor, clean rooms and good breakfast. Staff were very friendly.

This small family owned hotel is not only ideally located in Tours, it just exudes genuine hospitality. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, great value for 10Euro. I absolutely recommend Hotel Ronsard.

Room was clean and cozy. We were late and able to enter with passcode.

Had difficulty locating the hotel at night. Perhaps a small illuminated sign after dark,

We loved this hotel, the reception was so kind and warm, they was always ready for helps us in everything we need, the room is tiny but functional, we had a very good bed and shower, the view for the street was adorable, the cleaning was perfect, and the breakfast for 9.50 was simple but very good. We totally would stay there again and recommend it.

The only thing that we missed was a tv with channels in English because we don’t speak French and all the channels was locals.

Lovely friendly and clean hotel perfectly located for restaurants, the city centre with cathedral and the tram stop, - especially important if you need to get to thr airport. Lovely breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Just missing a lift but not a great problem.

Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Very central to the old town. Very quiet at night.

Unfortunately, the roadworks outside were very disruptive. The hotel shook with the vibrations at breakfast. That, of course, was not the fault of the hotel. We had a lovely stay.
