We got a spacious large room with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully equipped with coffee machine, dish washer, water boiler, electric stove, refrigerator. The large sofa expands into a very large bed. The balcony is quite nice if you want to sit outside any time. There is a large shopping area in front of the hotel and the railway tram stop is right in front. It's not in the city center but still quite okay.

The balcony was dirty with many spider webs. If you don't open it, you don't get to experience it but if you pay for the balcony, think twice. It's a good spot for smokers.

It was located next to the tram network which made it very convenient to get to the centre of the city. The staff were very helpful, the underground car park was easy to use, the showers had good pressure and the general atmosphere of the place was very welcoming.

I felt that there could have been better coordination in giving me precise instructions on how to enter the car park on the first night. I was left confused and having to dash to the reception area with the car blocking the entrance so that I could receive a card that can access the underground car park. Furthermore, I felt that there could have been a better curtain. An opaque curtain would have been nice.

Excellent value for money! The staff were very friendly & helpful and spoke English which was a great for us. The room was very clean with everything in the kitchen you might need for a short stay. Good size bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed! Slept like a log. Located 2 minutes from a shopping mall with a large number of eateries! We would definitely return and highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Tours

not much to say really. Maybe a small comfortable armchair to relax in while watching the tv.

Spacious room with kitchen module so meals could be prepared here, which was really a nice surprise. A balcony with a table and seats to rest. Helpful staff at the reception and brilliant service at breakfast. Excellent connection with the city centre via public transport. Large shopping centre just opposite the hotel.

White curtain hanging over the window could be freshened up.

The apartment was very good and in great location. It was spacious enough for us as a family of 4. Both receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. It was perfect for a short stop, when you need a place to sleep well and a shower after a hot and long journey. Would definitely come again.

I would consider this area as a constructive comment. The rooms need a fresh paint and the light switch in the toilet needs fixing, but other than that it was a great temporary apartment.

Spacious family apartment, clean comfortable and modern. Over the road from a direct tram line to the centre of Tours. Also across the road is a small shopping centre with some restaurants. Free parking on the street next to the hotel.

Average price, have to travel to reach the centre, but as I have said, there is a tram line over the road.

Reception very friendly. Excellent location in that tram to city centre stops right next to apartment house. On other side of tram stop shopping centre with many food outlets. Parking provided - and is necessary! Bed large and comfortable. Good shower.

Location somewhat outside of town and not near autoroute. Refrigerator in kitchenette quite loud.

Clean and tidy hotel, provided coffee and tea which was nice. Location by the trams was good, parking was available around the hotel as promised.

Bathroom was very hot and effectively a shower room, I prefer proper showers to contain the water.

Staff awesome,location excellent for the tram into town. Room excellent and able to upgrade parking to secure underground major happiness forthe security of my motorbike.

Easy check-in even late at night. The reception is very kind and helpful. There are vending machines which is handy in case you need something during the night. The place was quite clean and the location was convenient with easy parking and close to food outlets.

The beds could be wider. There is no hairdryer. Air conditioning is needed as now the temperatures in France easily exceed 30 degrees even in June.
