The hotel was very nice, clean and elegantly appointed. It was well situated in the old town to allow for walking around Tours and allof it's great little resturants and historical buildings.

The staff, while very friendly and willing to help did not always provide what was requested. For instance, one of the days of our stay, we had the do not disturb card on the door and they came in and cleaned anyway. Another issue was that I asked to have a private car engaged to take us to the Paris airport 2-1/2 hours away. The consierge said "I will book the taxi for you." I responded "No, not a taxi, a private car with driver." He indicated he understood. The next day, a taxi arrived and with no time for us to make any adjustment. That was a very expensive taxi ride. My advice is to be very sure they understand your requests and are not just trying to please.

Very good and tasty breakfast (very large veriety, the best we had), super clean room, towels, bathroom, etc. Large bathroom. Everything is new. Staff really cares about the guests, personalised approach. Good location, near to the center of the city.

Dry sauna was too small, and it would be good if it could be open untill the night (not until 21:00 as of now). it is really needed when is is cold outside in the winter season. Would be also great to add some hot dishes whithin the service-room.

This hotel is new-- only a couple of years old. Its beautifully modern, clean, good size rooms, close to Les Halles Market and the old town. Walking distance to the train station. The staff were very helpful, speaking English and we got a good restaurant recommendation from them. Le Chien Fou. I stayed only one night with my husband and son on our way to Amboise, but I would happily have spent more time. The Breakfast was pricey, And I preferred to go walk for a criossant and coffee at a cafe. But it looked delish. Highly Recommend this hotel.

Everything was absolutely perfect apart from the parking. We have a Landrover Defender 130 which is 2.0 metres high and the nearest car park has 2.6 metres clearance but only on the first floor which is reserved. The second floor only has 1.9 metres clearance but you don't find that out until you come off the roundabout and get to the first floor. This required me to reverse back to the ground level which as you can imagine is not an easy task, especially when there is another car behind you.

les tresorieres was a surprising luxury find in tours. the hotel is beautiful, and while the room felt a little 'corporate' it was clean, and had a fabulous modern bathroom with a beautiful tub. the breakfast next morning was generous, delicious, and very well executed. i would return.

it was weird that the mini bar didn't have anything but a couple of bottles of water. i would have liked a few more juice and snack options.

We had a wonderful stopover day in Tours thanks to les trésorières. Also really regretted not taking our swimsuits as the lovely wellness Pool and sauna looked amazing ! The staff were so lovely and accommodated our little 2yo boy so nicely. The renovation is very tasteful and the breakfast was absolutely top notch! Absolutely worth the spend. Right in walking distance of the old town and the Loire banks. Very close to the airport. We had the larger room on the 2nd floor (26) overlooking the beautiful courtyard which was great for us 3 fitting the cot very comfortably and had a sofa and coffee table. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but the receptionist gave us great recommendations and it was really easy to walk into town. They also booked us a cab for the next day, perfect treat for a long family wedding weekend ! Would absolutely consider coming back if we were to come back to explore th Loire valley and its châteaux more.

An elegant and beautifully decorated hotel in the heart of Tours! The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly and the rooms well appointed and comfortable. We will definitely return to the fabulous hotel!

Nothing! Everything was superb.

The hotel is beautiful and the courtyard adds a nice roomy, quiet space to relax. The staff were excellent, we especially enjoyed Nil. We found the breakfast to be delicious and the rooms are well equipped.

The steam room didn’t seem to be working and was a bit outdated.

We arrived early and the receptionist couldn’t be more helpful and offered us our room immediately, the rooms were spacious, clean and the bed so comfortable..,the bathroom was large and had Clarins products to use ..very classy! Beautiful Tours is just a matter of a few minutes walk away ..simply a perfect hotel all round

The staff and facilities were great. Especially front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Had easy access to and from the room for our dogs and it was immaculate with very nice fixtures and amenities. The bed was like sleeping in the clouds, tres magnifique. The breakfast was the best in many years traveling in France.

The room was much smaller than anticipated for the price but everything else made up for that.
