The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. It is located right in the center, near the old town of Tours, making it easy to get around. The train station was very convenient and clean. The lady who runs the hotel was really kind and lovely. The breakfast in the morning was good.

My room had a single open space combining the bedroom and the toilet, without any separation. Since I was traveling alone, it wasn’t a big issue, but it might feel “a bit too intimate” if you're staying with a friend. Also, I was in Tours during some extremely hot days (almost 40 degrees), and the room didn’t have air conditioning, so it was very hot at night.

This is the 4th time I stay in this hotel.. it’s the best in tours.. I love it soooo much, the people there are truly friendly and helpful, I love them so much, the rooms are amazing and clean.. they clean very well.. the location is near to everything.. the center is just 1 min walking and there is a carffor market just near.. also every Wednesday and Saturday morning there is a market in the street ( marché) just in-front of the hotel.. I would totally recommend it

This was my 3 time in this hotel everything about it is amazing the friendly family stuff the always helpful and friendly the location in the heart of the old center city is the best everything is near by walking a few minutes the room is comfortable & clean but i suggest to have a small fridge and kettle

Lovely quaint hotel perfectly located for access to the old city. Very authentic French hotel with lovely staff who could not have been more friendly and helpful to us especially to our 4 year old son. The breakfast was excellent and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was very nice too.

When we arrived our room felt smaller than a standard hotel but once we were settled we were very comfortable and did not feel it was too cramped. There were couches/ a lounge area outside our room where we could sit and our son could play with his toys.

This is a little gem of a place! At first you may think the rooms seem tiny, but you soon discover that the space is really cleverly used and you are very comfortable indeed. Everything is impeccably clean, the beds are really comfy, the showers are brand new and, contrary to what other reviewers have said, the two rooms we stayed in were pleasantly air conditioned. As others have commented, the staff are wonderfully attentive, to the extent that when the croissants at breakfast had run out, the lovely lady who runs the hotel, sprinted out across the road to get some more. The breakfast is simple, but delicious, with the fresh croissants, crusty baguettes, cheese, yoghurt, jam, cereals and huge pots of hot chocolate.

A little more light in the rooms would have been good.

The staff were lovely. The lady at reception gave me access to store my bike away for the night. Breakfast was plenty and good. The only thing that I could have wanted was a thicker blanket on the bed because with the bad weather this summer I was a bit cold

The personel was very nice and the bathroom in the room was lovely and very clean and modern. Very nice breakfast, and only a few minutes walk from the beautiful old town.

There was a single small window at the ceiling level in the room, which hardly aired out anything, so the atmosphere got a little hot and stuffed.
