Distance from town center, about 30 minutes by foot, if you intend on taking strolls into town in the evening and want to have a drink or two Obvious smell of mold/dampness on ground floor (didn´t bother me though as no trace of it on 1st floor)

Great location with view over the town towards the town. Staff were excellent, fast checking in and very helpful, friendly and polite. Great parking right outside the hotel. Comfortable room and hotel. Would have stayed longer if we could.

Nothing very much, although it could use a little updating in the rooms to modernise if anything? Also proper tea cups would be nicer than paper cups?

The hotel was overall very nice ! It is located very close by the city center of Amboise, which is very to access by car or walking (15-20 min walk). The staff was very nice too, and very helpfull. The facilities are really amazing with a very nice pool and garden outside, and a big safe parking in front of the hotel.

The cleaning staff was making a lot of noise in the morning, which was a little bit annoying. They should pay a little bit more attention to their level of noise when talking to each others.

Really lovely and clean hotel. Great facilities (swimming pool - though not heated!), mini golf, courts for tennis or basketball ball, pool table and children’s area). Staff were amazing and friendly. On site EV charging. A little out of town but amazing views

The pool was very cold

The Hotel location was great allowing a short car drive into the center of Amboise and it's chateau. Also other wonderful chateaus' were within a few miles of the hotel. The restaurant both services and food was extremely good . Excellent choice of wines to accompany our meals. The view from our room was suburb , taking in the chateau.

Beautiful setting overlooking the village

Access to the tennis court / basketball court / out door gym was so overgrown my child fell over twice because of all the overgrown bushes also it’s very steep walking past all of the bushes

We had a great meal. I had a delicious vegetarian option. The room was comfortable and parking was easy.

The shower was bizarre. A badly designed window meant you couldn't see the lovely view outside. The dining room had lots of steps.

We spent one night here on our way to Bordeaux and it’s great. In fact we are considering stopping here again on the way back. Good restaurant, nice and clean rooms, great facilities

Amazing pool and dinner!

We were traveling by bike and it was a challenge with kiddos to make it to the top of the hill to get to the hotel. But the view was amazing.
