Brand new hotel. Brilliant staff at reception - professional, friendly, helpful. Lovely room with large TV. Large bed firm. Room includes multiple lighting. Best shower on our trip so far, power-shower overhead and handshower. Great WIFI. Easy lift access. We were on the 4th floor with views over the tram area. It may be worth an upgrade to the room with river views as it looks stunning! Has free washing machine and dryer for guests. Next time we visit we will book into the same hotel without a doubt. Also, a short 15-20 minute walk to the train station. Old town, pubs, cafes etc. on your doorstep.

We did not eat at the hotel as we arrived later in the evening. Very comfortable bed and extremely stylish room, great decor and quality furniture. Excellent shower also.

A big help for strangers to the area would be a link to the car parking near the hotel, l had seen another guest mention Indigo car park in their review so l put this in the satnav before getting to Tours, only to discover once we had driven into and parked in the indigo car park that it was a 10 minute walk to the hotel… once we got there we saw literally at the front door another Indigo parking ! Apparently there are 3 in the town. So just a link to the car park would help a lot ……especially as it was heavy rain that evening

The location in Tours alongside the river and close to the town is excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Our room had a lovely view of the river.

Our room had not been well cleaned with numerous stains on the carpet. Breakfast was simply appaling. Coffee machines not working, the 'hot' food was all cold, the bread and pastries stale. Complaints to the staff were met with an indifferent shrug and I formed the impression they were used to hearing the same every day.

The staff were lovely, and I mean ALL of them, we didn't meet a single person who didn't at least smile and say hello. Being able to take our dog down to breakfast also made our lives so much easier. The staff even brought him some water while we had our coffee. The room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed, plus an enormous TV. And the view from the 7th floor of Cathédrale de Saint Gatien was a bonus.

Nothing. Everything about our stay was perfect.

The breakfast was really nice, lots of different breads and brioches, all very tasty. Several hot beverages (coffee, tea and hot chocolate). Some local products (goat cheese, ham), hot dishes (delicous scrambled eggs) and many other stuff. The breakfast room was very pleasant lot of natural light, scandinavian style. The hotel was great. Nice rooms, comfy beds. Well located near the Loire. Very to get out and have along walk by the river.

+ Well, this is a real Hilton: very clean, very modern, very comfortable, stylish. + The location is absolutely perfect. Near everything. + Very good breakfast. A lot of food varieties, a lot of space. + Rooms are spacious.

Only two minor things. Both don't really affect my decision that it is a very good hotel, and I'd most likely stay there again, but they don't allow me to set the score of 9. - Windows don’t open (but the climate control is really very good, both for cooling and heating) - Parking is not that convenient. It is a paid public parking located right near the hotel, but for some reason the parking elevator doesn't stop on all levels. Also it is not possible to stop near the hotel for unloading. Parking is not that bad and pretty OK to use, just not perfect.

We always stay at the Hilton when in Tours. The rooms are modern and clean and the beds are so comfortable. Great location at one end of the main shopping avenue and an underground car park next door. We arrived a little early as we wanted to get out of the 40 degrees heat and not only was our room ready but it was super cool with the air conditioning having been put on early.

The hotel has a bright and modern decoration. The suite junior is spacious and we (2 adults and 2 kids) felt very comfortable there. We loved the football table. Staff was attentive and friendly.

It doesn’t have parking which is not convenient for us. There is an Indigo parking just in front of the main entrance of the hotel but was lot full when we arrived around 22h45. The quality of ingredients at the breakfast could be better for our taste. Overall, we would repete the hotel if we were in the neighbourhood.

Lovely modern hotel right in the centre of the City. The car park is right in front t of the Hotel, marked INDIGO.

The car park could do with a lift into the Hotel. Too late now, but a modern car park with a tiny lift that only visits every other floor is ridiculous. Don't know who designed it , but obviously never struggles with luggage. The Cap Park is not the Exclusive to the Hotel but it's design is awful.

Very nice hotel: clean, friendly staff, clean room, very good breakfast, and excellent location next to the Loire river and at the Rue National of Tours - the central street, next to vieux Tours.

Very little that we did not like. The only improvement would be that the small minibar in the room as well as the airco could be at lower temperatures.
