Whilst the outside of the building is not very attractive, the rooms are more than satisfactory, each has a balcony, kitchen area and a good bathroom. The location, near to the railway station and town centre, is ideal. A few minutes walk to many bars, shops and restaurants. The tram stop is a few minutes walk away. Parking is in an adjacent multi story car park - 8 euros er day.

The one way system in the town seems to have been recently changed and that, together with rush hour traffic, made the arrival a little stressful. I suggest that visitors use Google Maps as this was more up to date that our satnavs. Breakfast in the hotel was included but the staff didn’t seem able to judge how much food to provide and supplies of bread, pastries, coffee etc ran out. The assistant seemed to disappear to a nearby shop and return with one baguette at a time - strange. None the less we enjoyed what we had!

The crisp white clean linen. The towels laundry fresh. Safe inside and felt safe except the window issue.

-The fact that I cant sleep with window open as its unsafe, people coming in/out of parking. There should be rails to allow us open window without compormising safety. -Double bed was of two mattresses that split separated when sleeping. -coffee and sugar was only a supply of 1 day. I stayed 3 days and would liked more coffee and tea and sugar. -no hairdryer unlike what advertised

Good location, good staff. If you need to park in advance. We arrived at 9 on Saturday. No staff can enter the parking lot because no key card. Messages went from Saturday to Monday, no response. There are no more employees on Sundays. I have to book an Indigo parking lot. Monday I went to book a parking lot, pay 8 € it is located the right building, the corner, the inside the left, the left hand up to the 5th floor. The hotel's 2nd floor deck is accessible to the building from the rooftop.

It's very difficult to contact the staff on the holidays. When there is a problem that can't be reached, it's very difficult. The air in the room rarely vents. There's a kitchen but no knife.

Convenient location close to transport (a few minutes to the train station), supermarket, laundrette within the building, and a good variety of food and drink outlets nearby. The self contained accommodation really suited us. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Our room faced the street - sometimes there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night. There were other rooms that didn't face the street and I am sure they would have been much quieter.

The rooms were comfortable and well laid out. It was nice to have an actual kitchenette in the room. We took two rooms on the 5th floor because they both had a balcony and it was perfect. Plus the hotel was incredibly close to the train station for our early morning departure

I got confirmation that we would be able to check in between 1 and 2 pm. When we got there at 1pm the reception was closed for lunch and no key was in the lock box for us. We waited around until reception reopened at 2pm and then were told we couldn't check in until the usual check in time of 3pm. This lack of valid check-in information was inconvenient but all in all I would definitely stay there again.

The place is well accessible. Also they had sent different instructions should we arrive later in the evening together with a general guide on the different facilities on and around the site. Also there was an emergency contact in case of need during the nights as the reception is not manned 24/7. The rooms were tidy and comfortable.

Apparently in front of the property there is where all the refuse bins are placed belonging not just to the property but to other entities too. The place has an overflow and spillage of rotting garbage and liquids. This is emitting a very foul odour and the stench wafts right inside the reception area of the property. The property advised that this cannot be remedied as this place has been allotted by the municipality to the immediate users in that area. However, possibly the municipality can be advised that this is creating an untenable situation so they could ensure to remove garbage more frequently and also task to clear the over spilled matters should they be unable to relocate the bins.

It is very clean, quiet and relaxed. The customers are mostly young indépendant adults which I was not (I Was the grandfather figure) but it had a very nice feel. The kitchen in the bedroom was small but adequate even if we did not use it. Location and price excellent, very close to the rail station and very near the town centre. I will go again and again and if I was young like the majority of customers I would probably rate it very very highly. Fan in the cupboard if you need it, shower good and onsite parking for bicycles. Not a place for a honeymoon but excellent for explorers of all ages.

Nothing bad but you should not be confused into thinking it is a top quality luxury hotel. Although I did not expect that I was anyway very pleasantly surprised with what I found. Beds made daily but you take your own rubbish to the trash area inside the building behind reception.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. There was easy to access parking (an extra €8). We could bring our small dog with us. The location was great.

Reasonably basic accommodation but value for money and true to the pictures and description.

Good spacious room with lots of facilities . Good breakfast bike storage .

When we came back to the hotel at night they had t given us a code to get in so we had to wait till someone else came in !

It was so close to everything. The staff at the reception were so good to us as we had made a mistake with our parking booking and they fixed it straight away. The breakfast was convenient and opened early. Room was clean and tidy. Loved the balcony.
